It was Friday, Michael woke up past 1 in the afternoon, his fringe hitting his eyes, he was still in his Pikachu onesie but he showered on Thursday night he scratched the back of his cat ears and rested his chin on his pillow, his cat ears didn't really function they're just on top of his head "Michael, you awake yet?" Harry knocked on his door and Michael moaned in response "Anyways, your friend, Luke is here." Michael's eyes went wide and he immediately shoved on his beanie and ran downstairs and Luke was really there "Hi Michael." he waved at the surprised boy, Michael felt frozen "So, I'm sorry I disturbed your beauty sleep." Luke apologized "There was a flood in the school bathroom so they cancelled classes." Luke explained, Michael crossed his arms and his eyes caught Harry from the kitchen spying on them, Michael grabbed Luke's arm and led him to the backyard

"Calum's still grounded and you're kind of a nice guy so I came here." Luke explained "And I brought this so we can somehow communicate." Luke added taking out a small whiteboard and handed it to Michael "Is it okay?" Luke asked and Michael started writing 'It's perfect.' he wrote and showed it to Luke who smiled "I think Mr. Burke deserved it when you hit him with your backpack." Luke said crossing his legs as he sat down on the grass and Michael followed his actions 'You think? It was kind of mean.' Michael wrote and showed it to Luke "He's a dick to everyone." Luke said and Michael didn't write anything in response "Michael, if you're thinking about what you did to Calum, it's okay, he's just an over-dramatic guy but he's nice when you get to know him." Luke said and Michael smiled a little 'Sorry I don't talk.' Michael wrote "It's okay. So, why do you always wear a beanie?" Luke asked 'There are somethings you don't need to know about Luke.' Michael wrote "I'm sorry, I'm just pretty curious. But you know what they say Curiosity kills a cat." Luke said with a laugh but Michael cringed 'Yeah.' Michael wrote "Anyways, it was good hanging out with you, see you in school, you return on Monday right?" Luke asked, Michael nodded

"See you on monday then." Luke said and he stood up, Michael did the same and walked him out of the house. Michael watched Luke walk on the pavement while he clutched the whiteboard to his chest "Did he give it to you?" Harry asked scaring Michael "Yep, he gave me Herpes." Michael replied with a smirk "He's such a nice boy." Harry said and suddenly Michael realized something, what if Luke and Calum are playing a trick on him, Luke will gain his trust and Calum will get his revenge "God dammit!" Michael yelled for the first time "Michael!" Harry scolded and Michael ran back upstairs "God damn you Luke." Michael gritted his teeth pulling off his beanie and his ears spring up and it calmed him down, he sat in front of his full length mirror "I'm a cute kitten." Michael said to himself "I swear to God you're fucking bipolar." Michael recognized that voice "Ashton!" he jumped up from the floor and tackled his older brother in a hug, he missed his older brother "I missed you." Michael mumbled "Miss you too Kitten." Ashton replied, Ashton was the only one who can call him Kitten "Why were you so frustrated? Dad said you yelled." Ashton said, Michael sat down on his bed while Ashton sat on his desk chair "This Luke boy is probably just being nice to me so his friend can get his revenge." Michael said "Want me to beat 'em up?" Ashton asked

"God no!" Michael said "Fine. How 'bout we hang out at the mall, you look like you haven't gone outside in a while." Ashton said "What makes you say that?" Michael asked "You're pretty pale. When was the last time you went outside? besides school." Ashton asked "Never." Michael replied in a small voice "Get dressed, we're hanging out, guys day out!" Ashton announced and Michael groaned loudly.

"I hate you." Michael mumbled crossing his arms as they drive to the mall, he was wearing a over-sized hoodie and of course his beanie, he likes over-sized hoodies because he would pull at the sleeves and make "Sweater Paws" Michael pouted when they arrived at the mall and there were tons of people from his school

"I wanna go home!" he whined "You need to get out of the house Michael." Ashton said and he parked the car and he had to drag Michael out of the car "Come on! I'll buy you something, anything." Ashton said and Michael nodded and they walked inside the mall "You hungry Kitten?" Ashton asked Michael nodded in response, anxious because of the people around him. Ashton and Michael settled in Pizza Hut. Michael was on his phone and so was Ashton and minutes later Michael and Ashton heard a tap on the glass, Michael was mortified it was Luke 'Is this boy stalking me?!' he thought angrily

'Please don't come here, please, please.' Michael begged, thankfully, Luke didn't come in because some older blonde guy called him and he left, Michael sighed in relief "Who was that?" Ashton asked and Michael texted him "Oh that was Luke." Ashton said "Well, if he hurts you, I'll be here to kick that bread stick's ass."
