Chapter 10

Christian took Alexa to a corner and pinned her to the wall.

They were standing very close to each other, their breath intervening.

"What was that?" Christian questioned first.

"Something you should keep your nose out of," Alexa said with anger in her eyes, which were steadily holding eye contact with Christian.

His ocean-blue eyes looked carefully into her chocolate brown ones. Hoping they might give away her mind.

She tried to push him away, but he held her back, wanting answers.

Alexa wasn't taller than him, but her height did not allow him to tower over her either. 

" What the heck is your problem Christian Belincias ?" Her voice came out more like a growl.

" What has been going on with you?! This is the second time I saw you having a full-blown panic attack!" He asked her with a frown on his face.

"And this is the second time I am telling you it is none of your damn business! "She said shouting a little.

Both of them had their eyebrows knitted and held anger on their faces.

Suddenly Christian realized how close they were. Their foreheads touched each other.

Their noses overlapping and the lips were barely an inch apart.

His breath hitched as he felt Alexa exhale on his lips. 

His grip on her back tightened, and so did Alexa's. 

" We shouldn't be doing this" Alexa reminded him as she knew where this was going.

"I know we shouldn't" He took a step closer to her. Their bodies were completely attached.

"Somebody will see us" Her voice started getting shaky.

"Nobody will see us" Now there was no distance left between them ."Just give me a signal and I won't stop till you ask me to."

He looked at her, waiting for her to give a signal, to carry on.

"Just for tonight." she breathed out.

"Just for tonight."

She held his face and crashed her lips to his. He replied to her kiss just as quickly and more aggressively.

Alexa could feel the hair on her neck stand up as she felt his hands moving up her bare back.

The cold metal rings he was wearing, touching her skin were making her feel things in her stomach. 

His kisses trailed down to her visible collarbone, slightly above her cleavage.

There was no gap between them, her legs were wobbly and she was holding on to him like her life depends on it.

 She suddenly felt his body stiffen, she looked down towards him. He was staring at the collarbone.

He saw it, he is going to leave, she thought suddenly feeling a pang in her heart.

They made eye contact before she could say anything, he placed a soft kiss on the huge scar on her collarbone and the ones around it. 

She tried to hide it with the makeup, but the makeup washed away, enough for her scars to be visible.

He will not stop? He won't question me? Her mind was racing with thoughts with questions.

He continued to give kisses on her neck, and her cheeks and finally came back to her lips.

She suddenly held his face between her hands and created a distance between them. Christian was startled by her sudden action.

Was she mad at me? Christian could not figure out why she suddenly stopped.

Alexa quickly fixed her dress and held his hand tightly, dragging him upstairs.

He stumbled on his way many times, trying to keep up with her pace.

Tf is wrong with this woman? Alexa slow down you are wearing three-inch heels,

Alexa suddenly stopped a housemaid on the way, She seemed like the one in charge, looking at her uniform.

"Who went with me upstairs, Catherine?" Alexa questioned her.

" No one ma'am," 

huh? Am I invisible to her?

"If someone asks where did Alexandra go?" Alexa questioned her again.

"To her room, to get some rest" Catherine replied with a smile.

"Good, Thank you, Catherine" Alexa continued climbing up the stairs.

"What just happened?" Christian questioned her a bit flabbergasted.

She just smirked in return and started walking towards the end of the hall as they reached the first floor.

She opened a door to a room pushing Christian inside first, then entering herself, not forgetting to lock the door behind her.

Christian saw her lock the door," Are you planning on murdering me, My lady?" His pupils enlarged.

"If I wanted to murder you, I don't have to do that in a quiet corner Belincias," She said chuckling slowly.

He just raised his eyebrow in return.

He quickly came rushing towards her and pushed her against the door holding her jaw and kissing her real hard.

"Don't regret this Belincias" She told him smirking between the kiss.

" I won't trust me"
