Alexa kept moving her eyes back and forth from the road to the extremely happy kid sitting in her car's back seat.

Then she looked at the man sitting beside her in the passenger's seat," What the fuck did you say to him? How is he suddenly so cooperative?"

Before he could reply Alexa heard the voice of a little nine-year-old sitting in the back, "Language."

Alexa groaned and Christian burst out laughing.

"Ok, Your Highness." She said with a tight-lipped sarcastic smile, which was responded to by a slight nod from the kid as if he was very proud of himself.

Alexa scoffed in disbelief.

" What's your name kiddo?" She asked him, Alexa needed to get this kid off her back.

He narrowed his eyes at her," And what gives you the idea that I will tell you that?"

"Alexa, you sure you don't have a kid out of wedlock?" Christian asked her, having trouble keeping a straight face.

Alexa glared at him," Is it very funny to you Belincias?"

Christian nodded his head with his eyes squeezed shut.

Alexa sighed and concentrated on her driving.

Suddenly she heard a scream from the backseat, "STOP!!"

She abruptly applied the brakes, "WHAT? WHAT HAPPENED?!!"

Christian was also bewildered, not because of the sudden breaks, but instead because of the hand Alexa instinctively placed in front of him to protect him from any harm due to the impact.

He could feel hotness take over his face, but seeing Alexa was too busy with the kid in the backseat that she did not notice his blush, he felt relieved.

Turning around to check upon the cause of the commotion Christian asked him," What happened kiddo?"

"HEY! I AM NOT A KID!"

"Well we don't know your name, what else are we supposed to call you?" Christian asked him in a teasing tone.

Huffing a little the six-year-old finally gives in," I am Noah. AND I AM NOT A KID, I AM SIX YEARS OLD!!"

Smiling a little seeing how annoyed Alexa was, Christian continued talking to the boy," So Noah, what happened? Why did you suddenly scream?"

"THE ICE CREAM SHOP!" He pointed in a certain direction, "I want to go there...please?"

"Of course," Christian said chuckling a little.

Alexa let out a frustrated sigh," So you shouted as if the world came to an end, JUST BECAUSE YOU WANTED A FU-" She stopped midway and cleared her throat," wanted an ice cream?"

"Why else did I come with you?"

Before she could reply to him both Christian and Noah were already making their way out of the car.

After paying for god knows how many cups of ice cream, Alexa took a seat opposite the two current nuisances of her life. Who were enjoying their ice creams without any care in the world.

Suddenly her phone," Excuse me." 

Both of them did not even care.

Scoffing a little she got up from her seat," You got any information, Carter?"

OTP:" Alexa, his full name is Noah Smith. He is an orphan, who has been staying in the St. Teresa's branch of our city, since his parent's death when he was four."
