Steve's P.O.V
Then the nurse came out and said to me " Kaley is in a coma but you may see her" so I rushed past the nurse and ran into Kaley's room and sat down next to her and said "I know this is stupid and I know that you don't like me but I really like you Kaley in fact I love you I know it sounds crazy but it's true and I even yelled at Dally and told him never to touch you again or else I'll beat him up but I had to say that because it hurts me to see you cry or hurt, just please wake up I want to see your beautiful eyes and smile again just please wake up." Then I started crying again and Soda walked me out of her room.
Sodapop's P.O.V
When I walked Steve out to the waiting I went to go see Kaley. When I walked into her room I sat down next to her and said "Steve really cares about you Kaley he would go to the ends of the earth for you I've never and I mean never seen Steve ever cry for someone like he did for you. Me, Darry, and Ponyboy are worried sick about and so is Leslie and Darry said that he wants to adopt and I do to because your already like a sister to me. Just please wake up Kaley please we miss you." I grabbed her hand and held and started crying and then I felt my hand being squeezed and I looked up and she was awake and I hugged her and ran out of her room to the waiting room and said to the gang "she is awake" Steve smiled and ran into her room and hugged her.
Kaley's P.O.V
When Steve hugged me I whispered into his ear and said "I love you too Steve" and he smiled and said "you heard me when I was talking to" and I nodded and said "yes I did" and he blushed.
