Chapter 33

Me, Leslie, and Joarely headed to the diner to hang out. When we got there we saw Soda and Steve talking to each other. We walked past them and Joarely said "hi Soda" and he smiled and said hi back to her. Then Leslie and Joarely went to their table and I started talking to Soda and Steve. Then Leslie and Joarely said "Kaley come over here" I nodded and walked to them and sat down. We started talking about random things and then we started to get bored, so Leslie said "I'm going to go hangout with Ponyboy" me and Joarely nodded and she left. Joarely said "I'm going to go see Soda ok" and I said ok and she left. Now it was just me sitting alone in the diner, I started to get bored and I was about leave when someone stopped me. It was Sylvia and she was mad and she said "You and I both know that I get whatever I want and right now I want Dally" and I said "trust me Dally will never fall for you so I guess you don't get whatever you want" and I walked out of the diner and headed home. When I got there I couldn't help but think Sylvia does get whatever she wants and my eyes started to tear up. But then I heard the door open and I ran upstairs to mine and Dally's bedroom and locked the door. I could hear footsteps and they kept getting closer and closer until they stopped at the bedroom door. Then someone knocked on the door and I said "who is it" and luckily it was Dally. I was relieved and I unlocked the door and he said "why did you lock our bedroom door" and I said "cause I thought you were Sylvia" and he had a worried look on his face and I started to tear up again. Then Dally hugged me and said "what happened baby" and I said "I was at the diner with Leslie and Joarely and they left to go hangout with their boyfriends and I was about to leave when Sylvia stopped me and said that she gets whatever she wants and she wants you to be with her again" he hugged me and said "that will never happen I'm never leaving you" I smiled and said "ok I'm going to take a nap I don't feel so good" he nodded and said "I'll stay with you so I can keep you safe." I smiled and then laid down to take a nap and he laid next to me and I fell asleep.
