"How do I look, Mama?" Hyunmi asks, tilting her head to one side to look at the elder's face.
"Pretty. " Taehyung smiles, threading through the soft curls. "Just like my pretty baby doll. " Hyunmi giggled, swinging her tiny feet.
The girl had been over the moon since Taehyung asked her if she wanted to join him in the company, and Hyunmi hadn't stopped asking different questions while jumping in excitement.
The idol had a hard time putting her to sleep after that, and he almost regrets telling her at midnight, but the excitement on her face, makes him suck up all of it.
"Mama, will Hobi would like me?" Taehyung hums, fixing the headband on her head and then turning her around to look at her face.
"I'm sure he will, but how do we greet him? I taught you, right?" The idol asks, and she frowns, pouting her lips.
"Oh, name, age, and then what I want to say, right, mama?"
Taehyung smiles, shaking his head. "First, we bow and greet them, baby. Then, we tell them our names and age. After that, you could rant whatever you want. "
"I don't rant. " Hyunmi says, pouting, hands crossed over her chest, standing in front of the older defensively.
Taehyung chuckled and took his phone, opening the camera and pointing it at Hyunmi. "I am going to send your pictures to Chimmy. Do you not want to pose for him?"
Hearing the name, she smiles wide, doing some of the most adorable poses as the idol does her mini photoshoot. "Mama, I want to click your pictures as well. " Hyunmi says after a while of clicking photos.
"Alright, how do you want me to pose?" Taehyung asks, and giggling, she takes the idol to their living room and makes him sit on a sofa where some flower pots are kept by Taehyung.
Having flower pots in their home was something inspired, thanks to Namjoon. Taehyung loved plants, as he had grown up on a farm, but being an idol, he never had time to care for plants. However, when Hyunmi learned about Namjoon's extreme love for bonsais, she whined, wanting to have one too, and who was Taehyung to decline?
The idol had brought her some bonsais along with some other plants to decorate the living room the very next day, and since then, she had been taking care of it with the help of her babysitter.
His parents have praised her for keeping the plants healthy, boosting her ego to the max, and since then, she has even started to decorate them all around the house. Not as if Taehyung minds it. He's glad that Hyunmi could enjoy her time without needing him.
"Mama, hold that brown book. " Hyunmi orders and Taehyung follows, trying out a few poses with the books until the girl is satisfied with the results.
Their photo session ended after thirty minutes, and Taehyung had no idea how it took them this long.
However, the results made a little salty because why were his eyes closed in every shoot? But, giggling, Hyunmi explained how it looked like he was enjoying his book and was focused on it.
Damn, his baby had become intelligent. Who even taught these things to her?
"Mama, when will we go?" Taehyung hums, checking the messages, then picks the girl in his arms.
