*RACHELS POV*

"Mommy! Mommy! I'm so excited!" Evelyn says.

We were currently in the car driving over to Cameron's right now.

"I wanna take you some where first." I say to Evelyn.

She nods.

"Where are we going, mommy?" Evie asks.

We pull into the cemetery.

"We are going to see someone very close to my heart." I say.

Evie nods as we both get out of the car.

I didn't notice I was crying till Evie wiped my tears.

I laugh as I wrap her in a hug.

"It's okay to cry, mommy." Evelyn says.

I stroke her cheek.

"It's okay to cry because you know you have been strong for so long, so you decide to let it out." I say, whispering.

"I love you, mommy."

"And I love you too. So very much." I say.

We start walking to Matthew's grave. We stand right by it. I set a single rose down by the name.

"Mommy, where is he?" Evelyn asks, confused.

I get down on my knees so I'm leveled with her.

"You see up there?" I say, pointing to the sky. Evie nods. "He's up there. He was my best friend. He struggled from a hard life. He was very strong. He's up there with God, playing in a field of wheat and grass. He's dancing and having a grand old time. Probably laughing and smiling wide because he is not hurting anymore. You trust your hands with God."

Evelyn wraps me in a big hug.

"I just wanted you to meet him, that's all." I say, wiping my tears.

"I'm glad I did. I'm happy that I know he's happy." Evelyn says.

"Me too." I say, sighing.

We sit down as I tell stories about Matthew..

After about an hour, we get up and walk to the car.

"Goodbye, Matthew!" Evie says.

I smile as I enter the car.

He's happier now. He's happy. And that makes me happy.

We pull up to Cameron's house. Evelyn runs out of the car and rings the doorbell. Cameron soon opens it, while Evie jumps into Cameron's arms, while Cameron lifts her up off the ground.

"Princess!" Cameron says to Evelyn. Evelyn chuckles.

Actually at lunch, we bonded. Meaning, Cameron bonded with Evelyn and I bonded with Xavier. He's such a sweet boy.

Xavier comes over to me. He hugs me.

"How are you doing, handsome?" I ask, chuckling.

He chuckles also. "Good."

We do our little handshake we made up at lunch and he walks up the stairs with Evie.

"Bye, mommy!" Evie says.

"Bye! Don't stay up to late!" I say, chuckling.

They run up the stairs and I run my hand through my hair.

"Hey." Cameron says.

"Quite a nice house you got here." I say, changing the subject.

"Yeah." He says.
