*CAMERONS POV*
I woke up. In a hospital bed!?! A different hospital.
"Ahh. Mr. Dallas, you are awake." A nurse says.
"Can I ask why I am in here?" I ask her.
"You passed out. If you lift up your shirt, you can see you were beat pretty bad. You broke ribs." She says.
I nod. "Can I leave the hospital bed?"
"You can." She says.
I get up and instantly feel a pain in my side. I shrug it off and make my way out of the door. There I see in the waiting room is Shawn, Evelyn, Hayes, Bethany, Jill, and Rachel.
Bethany sees me first and comes up to me.
"Hey, I really got to go. But I just wanna say thank you." She says, hugging me and walking away.
I smile as she leaves the hospital.
They all finally see me and I make my way towards them. Rachel gets up and hugs me barely because of my hurt ribs.
"It's over." She says, whispering.
"I can't believe you did it." I say. Like shooting them.
"It had to be done." She says.
"I thought I told you to be safe." I say, smirking.
She slaps my arm.
"I saved your butt."
"And I'm thankful for that." I say. "How's Gracie?"
"Good." She says, smiling.
I make my way over to Jill, Hayes, Evelyn, and Shawn.
"Thanks man. For saving us." Hayes says to me.
I nod. I look over at Nash.
"Thanks brother." He says.
I give him a slight bro hug.
"I'm leaving. Going back to North Carolina." Nash's says.
"When are you leaving?" I ask.
"Tonight. Right now." He says, sighing.
"Goodbye, brother." I say.
"See you soon." I say.
He smiles and waves. There goes another one leaving.
Evie wraps her petite body around my waist.
"Thank you for saving us." She says, whispering.
I bend down to kiss her forehead.
"Shawn, I thought I told you to watch the girls!?" I say, jokingly.
"I swear, she's like a ninja." He says.
We all laugh. It got kind of silent.
"I think this is the part where we all leave and leave you and Rachel alone. We'll take Evelyn with us." Jill says.
"Thank you." I say.
She nods as they all leave the hospital. I look over at Rachel.
"I can't believe I killed people." She says.
I chuckle.
"And on top of that, it was my ex." She says, astonished.
I laugh again as we step into the hospital room. Rachel sits on my bed.
"I had a longggg conversation with Evelyn." She says.
"And why is that?" I ask.
"She basically went with Tyler. I told her to never go with strangers." She says.
