Not edited because it's a fcking.long.chapter.
Please, take out some time to read it because genuinely, it is very long. If you estimate, it's around 9,900 words💀
Ik very long, but I need to finish this in THREE shotssss and it got too long. So I had to finish the 80% of story in this part. Lol. Sorry but not so sorry <3 and since I've written such a long chapter, I'm expecting more votes and comments.
I absolutely love to read your comments and no matter what, I try to pay attention to each and every one who's giving a suggestion. So if you want to give suggestions, feel free to. You can comment or can just personally msg me too :)

Naira's POV:
6 months. 6 months of being married. 6 months of being with my baby husband. It's surprising how life changes it's color so suddenly. One day, it's just simple plain boring, suddenly, the next day, it isn't. But then again after few days, it suddenly gets bright. Your days are no more boring or exhausting but happier, colorful. You can never predict what life has for you.
I was not going to lie, those 6 months had been indeed exhausting. But they were also happier, full of laughter, full of colors.
Even though kartik wasn't really in right state, he still managed to bring a loads of happiness in my life at the point.
We played games, joked around, laughed, danced, sang songs and what not. I had been with him throughout his ups and downs. I was there when he had nightmares, I was also there when he had bright days and needed someone to play with.
And even though unknowingly, but still he had been there for me too. Throughout my ups and downs. Whenever I felt sad, he took it on himself to make me smile, to make me laugh. Whenever I needed some silent time yet someone's company, he used to be there just playing beside me silently.
And I wondered, if this was what people called a 'real marriage'. Being with each other, understanding each other's problems, making each other smile at the lowest of their time.
And if this was really what people called 'real marriage', then yes. I did have a real marriage. I agree that we never really 'romanced' or stuff, but that's not the only thing that made a couple, a 'couple'. Right?
A real relationship isn't only restricted to physical relation. It also has trust, care, love, loyalty. The main is mental, emotional relation.
If you don't have any emotional connection, the physical relation is worthless. You don't have a real relationship. It's just...satisfying each other's carnal desires, nothing else.
"Biwi, look. Look. What I made, a house." Kartik said excitedly, breaking my chain of thoughts.
I looked at the coffee table infront of me, in our room. There was indeed a house, made out of Lego blocks.
Kartik wanted to spend some time with me playing, so after doing all my work I sat with him to play.
"Wow! It's so good kartik. You should make more things out of these blocks." I exclaimed softly, smiling.
