she laid there so scarily still, he couldn't even tell if she was even breathing at that point but her gray eyes were open and looked so painfully cold. he doesn't know if she would speak.
"rin and i made up, your wish sorta came true," he tried to smile for her sake. "he's still in love with you after all these years."

"i made two wishes that night. i wished for you to be happy and the other, i can't tell you," sae continued.
he looked at her arms, they were covered in so much bandages and some red bled through in a couple of spots. though she laid there unexpressive and as an empty shell, sae will always think she's beautiful.
he noticed the silver ring he had given her for her 17th birthday. it was still on her middle finger.
sae removed the ring and placed it on her ring finger instead like he had wanted it there from the start. still, not a single movement from the pink haired girl.
