The Godaime Hokage

Jiraiya, Raikou, and Naruto are currently in a forest. Naruto and Raikou have water balloons in their right hands, trying to pop it. Jiraiya pulls out a drink from his shirt and sits against a tree. Naruto seeing this gets agitated.

Naruto: You won't have a long nap!

A few hours have passed. Naruto and Raikou are still going at it. Jiraiya is sleeping against a tree.

Naruto: Haha! 'Jiraiya sits up' The water is moving

POP!

Naruto and Jiraiya look over to see Raikou had popped his balloon. Naruto was happy for his brother. Jiraiya was in disbelief. He tossed him another water balloon. After two seconds another POP was heard.

Jiraiya: Well looks like you can move on to step number 2

Jiraiya took Raikou 30 feet into the forest then explained him the second step. Once Jiraiya came back. He saw Naruto was still struggling so he took another nap. The end of the day came, Naruto was still struggling with the water balloon while Raikou made some progress with the ball. Later that night, both Raikou and Jiraiya were sleeping, Naruto was still practicing with his water balloon. He went to the restroom and when he came back he saw a cat playing with his water balloon.

Naruto: Hey you dumb ca

He stopped talking when he noticed the balloon then he got an idea. A few minutes later a pop was heard and Naruto was smiling like a mad man. He then tried three more times just to make sure he got the concept. The next morning came around, Naruto showed Jiraiya and Raikou that he got the first step. 

Naruto and Raikou were both getting frustrated, they both were struggling to pop the ball that Jiraiya had given them. It was the end of the day, Raikou made a little more progress than Naruto but neither one of them popped the ball. Jiraiya was getting ready to say something when Raikou's ball popped!

Jiraiya: Nice one Raikou! I think that is a good place to stop for today!

The brothers nodded and they set off for bed. The next day, Jiraiya sent Raikou off to buy more balloons while Naruto was practicing popping the balloon. When Raikou came back, he saw Naruto get a whole in the ball but not pop it. Jiraiya saw Raikou then looked to him and said

Jiraiya: Come Raikou, we are going to gather information, I'll teach you some things.

Naruto: Hey! What about a clue or something!

Jiraiya and Raikou left and ignored Naruto. Jiraiya told the blonde hair ninja that this was something his red hair brother needed to figure out on his own. Naruto having enough took a ball and threw it at Jiraiya. The white haired master turned around and caught the ball with his teeth

Jiraiya: Strike! This game of catch is done!

Raikou/Naruto: ....

Raikou and Jiraiya had searched all days for news of Tsunade but they hadn't got any news. Raikou wouldn't say the day was a waste because he had learned a lot from Jiraiya and he had started to really warming up to him.But that was a different story. They both were losing hope that Tsunade had been in this town.  That was until they reached this bar.

Jiraiya: Have you seen this women? 'He asked the bar keep, showing him a picture'

The owner of the bar shook his head no. Raikou just sighed

Raikou: I don't think we will ever find her.

Man: I know the person

Jiraiya and Raikou turn around to face this person
