A Secret Mission

It has been around two hours since Raikou appeared in the Hokage's office. Tsunade was doing paper work and Jiraiya was leaning against the wall. Neither one has said a word the past two hours.  Finally, the blonde hair ninja started to wake up.

Raikou: Where am I?

Tsunade: In my office, mind telling me what happened to you

So the next few minutes, Raikou explained the battle and the abilities of the masked man. 

Jiraiya: That is trouble some

Raikou: He also said something else

Tsunade: What's that?

Raikou: He is the reason my parents are dead

Tsunade/Jiraiya: WHAT?!

Raikou: He is the one that attacked at mine and Naruto's birth and freed the nine-tails

Tsunade: That is something else

Raikou: But there is still something I don't understand

Jiraiya: What's that?

Raikou: Why attack me? He had no reason to attack me, now we know some of his abilities and try to come up with a plan of attack against him. There. was no reason for him to reveal himself

Jiraiya: Well there is one reason

Tsunade: Hmm?

Jiraiya: Think about the information he gave, he battled with the Fourth and survived. He was able to pull the nine-tails from Kushina. He wanted us to know that for a reason, whatever he is planning, he wants us to take him extremely serious.

Raikou: But he's the leader, why wouldn't we take him serious?

Jiraiya: Think about it, now that you know he attacked the village 16 years ago and controlled the nine-tails, you view him as way more dangerous

Raikou: That's fair

Tsunade: Yes, but let's not worry about that right now, Raikou go rest, tomorrow I got a mission for you

Raikou: Yes Ma'am 

Raikou said his goodbyes then left to go rest and get his stuff ready for his mission tomorrow. Jiraiya stayed and talked with Tsunade another hour before he left to go get information from one of his spies. Tsunade sighed, she had enough and left for the day. The next day rolled in and Raikou left for the Hokage Tower at first light. Once he walked into Tsunade's office, she handed him a scroll. 

Tsunade: We received word that the fire Daimyo will be attacked, more like an assassination attempt. We believe it will be two ninja's from the Stone Village. Your mission is to head to the Fire capital, find the two ninjas and eliminate them. Make sure it looks like a samurai did it, not a Leaf ninja. The reason you are doing this mission is that the Fire Daimyo requested you. Don't let us down

Raikou: Yes ma'am!  I'll take my leave now!

Raikou immediately left the Hokage's office and went home to pack and prepare for his mission. He got his dinner to go then went home, ate and straight to sleep. Once he woke up, he got dressed in navy pants and long sleeve shirt with combat boots. He didn't wear anything that identify him as a leaf shinobi or any clan. 

The journey to the fire capitol was a short one. Raikou made record time. Before he got inside the capitol, he made ten clones and had them transform into regular civilians. Raikou also made sure he was hidden in plain sight to a ninja. Jiraiya had taught him how to blend in with everyday folks. He also knew how to hide and when to spot if someone was tailing him. After a couple hours, Raikou was getting ready to call it a night when he noticed someone suspicious. A ninja dressed in all black was climbing the wall of the Daimyo's house.
