A new Rival?

Raikou was sitting under a tree, his blue anbu pants were pretty turned up. His white sandals were off his feet, while his white sleeveless shirt was covering his face. He had been training the last few hours, and he currently had about ten clones still doing some training.  He just closed his eyes to try to take a quick nap when he sensed a familiar presence

Raikou: If I am not needed by Kami herself then don't be bothering me

Jiraiya: It's not Kamo but she is still pretty scary 

Raikou: I thought I was on break?

Jiraiya: You were, but it ended about five minutes ago

Raikou: Fine, lets not keep her waiting 

Raikou slowly got up, put his shoes and shirt and jacket back on then the two headed towards the Hokage Tower. After a few minutes, the two made it to the window of the Hokage's office. 

Tsunade: You know Raikou, I expect this from the old hermit but not from you

Raikou laughs then gets down from the window

Raikou: We didn't make a noise, huh, but anyway, Jiraiya-Sensei said that his students don't go through the door

Tsunade: Of course, I've been spied on by the pervert since I was 12. I know when he is near me

Raikou: I should had known

Jiraiya: Ah Tsu-Hime you wound me

Tsunade: Shut up you old pervert, now Raikou, I have called you in here for two reasons 

Raikou: Mam?

Tsunade: Okay, you are to go to go with Jiraiya on a quick mission, it's pretty important, once you complete the mission, you will come back to report to me while Jiraiya has another mission

Raikou: The mission details?

Tsunade: Jiraiya has them, you two will leave after this. The second thing is, I am making four teams to hunt down the Akatsuki, you will be in charge of the whole thing and pick out the four teams. Each team should have 4 to 5 members

Raikou: When do you want them?

Tsunade: Now

Raikou and Jiraiya had been on the road for a few days now, the two were about to approach their destination. Raikou was a little annoyed, it took longer than normal to reach their destination but not only that he was suppose to be on vacation, his girlfriend was suppose to be visiting soon, Jiraiya better pray to Kami if he misses her visit. Raikou was brought out of his thoughts when they arrived at the villages gates and were stopped by the guards

Guards: Halt! What business brings you here?

Jiraiya: My name is Jiraiya and this is my cute little student, we are here to meet with the Raikage

Guards: Yes,  he told us about that. 'He snapped his fingers and 4 masked ninja dropped down' Please follow them and they will deliver you to Raikage-sama

Jiraiya and Raikou walked through the village, discretely taking in their surroundings. They didn't want to seem suspicious. After a few minutes of walking, they made it to the tower, once inside they saw a young women who looked like she was waiting on them. She escorted them to the Raikage's office. Once they entered, they saw a large muscular built man sitting behind the desk. The man looked as if he was in the middle of an arm work out, after a few seconds, the large man finally noticed his guest, stopped doing arm curls and directed them to a seat.
