"Murphy"
Bellamy couldn't believe his eyes as they peered through the darkness. he'd finally made it, He wasn't only excited because he made it to the city of light, but because he'd found murphy. His hand itched to reach up and pull the hair back away from murphy's startled eyes but he had no idea how the boy would react. He stared down into the deep blue intensity that was Murphy's eyes, they stared back at him, fear flooding into a look of...relief? Was he happy Bellamy was here? Murphy broke into a breathe taking smile, tears arising in his eyes, he rose up onto his toes pulling Bellamy close with his arm, startled at first Bellamy didn't react but after a few moments of awkwardness Bellamy wrapped both arms around Murphy enveloping Murphy's broken body in Bellamy's embrace. Bellamy felt the warm sting of tears against his bare neck as Murphy buried his head there. Bellamy rested his chin on the top of Murphy's head his cheeks brushing Murphy's long hair as he pulled Murphy even closer, he hadn't realised how much he'd missed Murphy, just holding Murphy, taking in his scent made Bellamy feel at home, he let a tear of his own fall from his eye, it landed amidst the brown beautiful dirty disaster of long straight hair that hung perfectly from Murphy's head around his face. Bellamy felt an attraction to Murphy, different to how he felt about everyone else. He felt Murphy was irresistible, like Bellamy would do anything for Murphy, Just looking at John made Bellamy feel something, something he wasn't sure he wanted but had no control over anyway, the feeling felt like butterflies erupting in his stomach, it made his heart beat a million times faster as if it would rip out of his chest at any moment and made Bellamy wonder things, wonder if maybe Murphy could forgive him, they could go back to being friends But what Bellamy secretly hoped is if they could be even more,Not that Bellamy would ever admit this to anyone, especially not Murphy because he knew the gorgeous boy shuddering in his embrace would never want him back. realising that been hugging for a extremely long time, Bellamy pulled back and it took all of his might to do so as he kept the slightly shorter boy a few feet away from him, because he knew if Murphy came any closer he would hold him and never let go and he hated that feeling not because he didn't enjoy John but because he wanted to be in control and around the delinquent he knew that Murphy had all the power over him. Clearing his throat he tried to break free of his thoughts not wanting to admit to himself, what he really already knew was true."So, How did you get here? Why are you here? How'd did you even convince the princess to let you go?"
The now stable Murphy bombarded him with questions of which for the most part Bellamy didn't really have the answer to, The reason Bellamy left was because all he knew was that he needed Murphy, he didn't care what Clarke said he simply told the stubborn blonde girl he was leaving then went of the find the boy he craved so badly, But he knew that he could obviously never tell him the truth, well at least he couldn't tell him the truth right now.
"Well, to answer your questions, I kind of just accidentally made my way here, I got lost and I just kept walking trying to find something then I found a boat, thinking maybe I could find more supplies or something useful I took the boat but ended up here with you instead."
Bellamy lied terribly and Murphy obviously could tell but decided to play along any way.
"And what about the princess? What did she have to say about you leaving your little safe haven to find "supplies"?" Murphy smirked at Bellamy watching him squirm to form an answer.
"She was the one who asked me to."
He completely lied, Clarke really disagreed with Bellamy leaving camp, but he didn't overly care that much about what Clarke thought, she would always be unhappy with him, so he did what he wanted.
Murphy nodded accepting what Bellamy had just said. Of course Bellamy didn't come on his own accord, he had to follow the Princesses orders, like usual, Murphy thought bitterly. They stood there in tense silence for a while before Murphy finally spoke up
"So what now?"
He asked, staring Bellamy in the eye he wasn't scared of Bellamy as some others were as he knew Bellamy wasn't scared of him as most of the others were. It was something he admired about him, his strength.
"Well, first I'm going to bandage that arm properly, then we can go from there and you can decide what you want to do"
Murphy was surprised that Bellamy was being so fair, letting Murphy actually have a chance to decide what he wanted for once.
He was pretty satisfied with that answer, except for Bellamy touching his arm, He knew he loved Bellamy's touch, it felt electric against his skin, but he didn't want the older boy to think that Murphy was in anyway weak, oh well it's not like he could convince him he was strong now, not after crying into Bellamy's shirt for a good five minutes, not moments before.
Giving in Murphy went over to the bed and sat at the edge of it waiting for Bellamy to join him, It took a moment for him to catch on but he eventually came to join Murphy, standing above him, Murphy tilted his head locking eyes with Bellamy, knowing that he could unnerve Bellamy, Murphy smirked at the man standing before, but instead of making Bellamy uncomfortable like he had hoped it actually had the opposite effect. Bellamy got to his knees and crawled between Murphy's legs the sides of his ribs resting against Murphy's thighs, startled Murphy was about to ask what he was doing, when Bellamy placed a gentle hand on his broken mangled arm, examining it. Murphy flushed, a deep shade of pink not knowing what he had been expecting Bellamy to do, Bellamy now adapted a smirk not even attempting to hide it, He'd used Murphy's own trick against him."Are you okay?" Bellamy smirked knowing that he'd been the one to make, Murphy blush that deeply.
"Just get on with it" Murphy grunted angrily, only now realising that Bellamy had intentionally made him blush.
Bellamy chuckled softly before he could stop the sound from escaping his lips and got to work, ripping the bottom of his own shirt to make an efficient bandage and using the ragged material to make a sling, he moved Murphy's arm as gently as he could but he still heard whimpers of pain from the younger boy every now and then as he had to move his blooded arm he muffled apologies for everyone he heard. Finally he tied the last knot on the bandage, he rested his elbows on the teens thighs letting his hands dangle, before he realised what he was doing, he sat there so close to Murphy for a moment before he looked up at Murphy's face, he raised an eyebrow at Bellamy, getting Murphy's intent, he leapt back as if he was on fire. Bellamy was only just starting to accept the fact that he liked guys, he couldn't let anyone know about him, not yet anyway. Murphy raised himself of the bed with his good arm, his arm muscles rippling as he gracefully stood, it amazed Bellamy how fucking beautiful he was sometimes.
"Please follow me king, I'll give you the grand tour."
Murphy mused sarcastically leaving the room without even glancing back to see if Bellamy was following not that he needed to because surely enough Bellamy trailed behind him wanting to know what the place Murphy now called home was like.
