Bellamy slowly released Murphy from his solid grip, so that they could collect their clothes, Murphy walked over to the other side of the room where his pants laid and bent down retrieving his jeans from the spot where they had been discarded a few moments before, Bellamy stood leaning against the kitchen counter just staring at Murphy, admiring this mystifying creature while he struggled to do up his jeans, as clumsy and messy as it looked he somehow made it enticing in his own unique way. Quickly Bellamy shrugged on his own pants and he walked over to Murphy standing directly behind the teen and placing warm hands on the skinnier boys waist, Murphy froze from the contact for a moment, then Bellamy turned him around so they were facing each other, looking into Murphy's eyes, Bellamy reached down and zipped Murphy's pants up for him, buttoning them and letting his hands linger on the waist band for a moment before sliding them up to Murphy's shoulders, softly caressing his scars in the process.
It surprised Murphy how soft and caring Bellamy could be when he wanted to be. Murphy's eyes searched Bellamy's for what seemed to be the millionth, time wondering, if Bellamy was playing him somehow, or wondering if this was maybe all just a dream, it just seemed so unlikely to Murphy that Bellamy would want him out of all the people he could have. Bellamy simply just looked back.
"Thank you" Murphy said to Bellamy, knowing what Bellamy had been doing earlier
"For what?" Bellamy asked, pulling his hands down Murphy's arms soothingly, holding his hands for a moment before letting them go, Murphy frowned slightly at the loss of contact.
"For what you did before, holding me against you so they wouldn't see my scars." He blushed slightly, feeling ridiculous, this wasn't like him to be polite.
Bellamy leaned forward so there still bare torsos pressed together once again and whispered in Murphy's ear
"Believe me, it was my pleasure" This alone sent shivers running down Murphy's spine and just when he thought Bellamy couldn't get any hotter he proved him wrong, by leaning in and kissing behind Murphy's ear, making a hot trail across his jaw line before giving him a quick kiss on the lips. Murphy was left breathless, his mouth tingling from the delicious contact as Bellamy placed his own shirt over Murphy's head and helped his arms through the holes. It was slightly big for Murphy, but he didn't mind nothing fitted him these days plus it smelt like Bellamy, which was always a bonus in his mind. Bellamy then jogged over to the bedroom and retrieved the first clean-ish shirt he could find. Murphy watched as Bellamy rolled it over his abs, winking at Murphy as he walked towards the door of their little paradise, he faulted for a moment looking back at Murphy
"Are you ready?" Murphy walked forward and nudged his shoulder playfully responding
"Let's do this" He acted with much more confidence then he actually felt, because he had no idea how the others would react now that they were over the initial shock of seeing the two boys, naked and pressed against each other. He let a deep breath out and pushed the door open, as Bellamy invited them inside and they shuffled into Murphy's private life once again. He didn't particularly like them being there. No actually. He didn't like them being in his home at all, but curiosity over took him and it's not like he could just kick them all out, even if did try, which he was starting to consider as they walked around his living room, touching things that weren't theirs. Not that they were really Murphy's either but he had been here the longest and he called dibs so to him all of it was his: only his. And maybe Bellamy's if that's what he wanted.
"Nice place, here" Kane commented, a sad attempt to make small talk as he sat on the plush red cushion, beside Abby. Murphy simply gave him a small nod as he his feet subconsciously shuffled close to Bellamy.
Bellamy watched as they all took seats on the couches, leaving him and Murphy standing in front of them. They looked as if they were waiting for answers even though they were the ones who had suddenly turned up on Murphy's doorstep. This left them all engulfed in an awkward silence, both sides had questions and they all didn't want to give the answers. Bellamy decided that he should probably speak up otherwise they'd be there all night staring at each other in uncomfortable silence.
"So, um you probably have some questions" He said curling an arm around Murphy's waist pulling him against him, he absolutely loved the feeling of Murphy's body against his, he enjoyed all of it from the solid weight against his side to the bizarre warmth that emanated from Murphy but it wasn't just Murphy's body that made Bellamy so allured to the boy, as weird as it was he loved Murphy's personality he admired his corrupt mind and the slight madness that tinged the edges of it and every other thing that made Murphy the hopeless, sarcastic, mesmerizing soul that he was. With this in mind he held Murphy even closer. Murphy returned the gesture and leaned into Bellamy slightly. Bellamy had no idea what this was between them, they weren't boyfriends yet, or were they? He had no idea, all he knew is that if these people hadn't walked in earlier, there would be no chance they'd have clothes on right now.
"But, we have some too, so I figure, you answer ours and we'll answer yours" Bellamy continued strongly, staring each person in the eye as he spoke, he was a natural born leader and everyone crowed in that small room knew it, whether or not they wanted to admit it.
"Alright" Abby spoke and they all nodded their heads in agreement
Not a second later Murphy fired
"Why are you all here?"
"Well they thought Bellamy was in danger" Abby says, Murphy lifts his eyebrow and snorts a quick laugh looking at Bellamy, in his loose embrace
"So" Abby continues, failing miserably to ignore Murphy's amusement "Clarke, Monty and jasper were about to leave to find Bellamy but, I couldn't have kids going off by themselves and it was evident that they were not going to give up until they found him, so we" she motioned at herself and Kane "Joined them."
Bellamy nodded, but Murphy curiously looked at all of them, feeling like he was missing something and then it clicked
"Wait a minute I thought you said Clarke sent you." He looked at Bellamy, making Bellamy break out into a full on blush.
"I um" He ran a free hand up the back of his neck trying to buy time, as all eyes were now glued on him
"I may have lied" Bellamy looked proudly at the rest of the group, showing them he didn't regret it at all and Murphy apprehended that just maybe Bellamy cared for him as much as he loved the gorgeous, freckled boy. They all sat there stunned in silence once again, for the first time realizing that this thing Murphy and Bellamy have may be more than just a fling.
"So, moving on, how long have you been here Murphy?" Kane asked obviously keen to get his answers
"Not that long"
it went like this for a while easy questions and even simpler answers being fired, they talked about Jaha and Bellamy's arrival, about what happened on mount weather, how Clarke had left for a little while and then returned to camp after the betrayal by Lexa, although they tried to stay away from the whole Murphy and Bellamy were about to fuck topic, which Murphy was thankful for because he didn't know what his relationship was with the boy he'd just made out with almost completely naked and if someone asked him a question about it he wasn't really sure if he could answer truthfully, because he had no idea what the truth even was. Not that telling the truth was very high up on his priorities list.
