Thorn was making the most sensitive decision in his life. His biological father and his surrogate mother were both in the ICU.

GULF was critical due to heart failure, while Sterling was critical due to the bullet in her lungs, Sterling has stage 4 cervical cancer, and according to her oncologist, she only had months to live.

"Thorn, before my time will end, I want you to get my heart as donor for your Papa." Sterling said, and that thought kept on ringing on his mind.

Sterling matched his father's donor according to the test that they did before this incident happened.

So, as a doctor, Thorn saves lives.
He ordered everyone to prepare the operating room.

Lastly, he gave his surrogate mother a kiss on the forehead, murmuring THANK YOU to her before proceeding to the heart extraction process.

AJ and JJ stayed with Arisa for at their age its not safe for them to stay in the hospital. While they sedate Type because he's getting berserk anytime he's awake. He will cry and laugh, and then he will go berserk again.
