My fist gives the front door a sturdy knock, I wait a couple of seconds before it opens and I'm greeted by the smiling face of my mom. Her dark hair is now shoulder length and her dark brown eyes are as happy as ever.

"Willow!" She exclaims as her arms wrap tightly around me, our hug soon breaks. "I missed you so much! Come in, come in, you have to see the house."

My mom had texted me a couple of days ago to see if I could come by and visit in her new home. It's a two bedroom, three bath, with wooden floors, and it's very spacious on the inside. There are only a couple of unpacked boxes in the corner of the nicely furnished living room area.

I fully make my way into the house now as I close the front door behind me. I immediately spot her large flat screen tv hung up on the wall with the lazy boy chairs and the love seat facing its direction. She's been watching Law & Order, I see. It's only her favorite show ever.

"This is the living room, obviously." She chuckles. "Let me show you the kitchen."

I follow her into the kitchen to see it has white marble counter tops and it too is pretty large. I next follow her into the cute dining room with a wooden table and pretty white fancy looking chairs.

"These are nice, did you just buy these?" I ask her.

"I did! I went and did some shopping the other day." She tells me.

"Come on, I'll show you my room and the guest bedroom." She states as I follow her down the hallway.

She opens the first door to the guest bedroom, it's ocean themed with various pretty shells and starfish scattered on top of the dresser, and the walls are a nice light blue shade. The bedding even has starfish and shells on it.

"It's really cute in here!" I chirp. My mom has always wanted to decorate a room ocean themed, so now she finally got to do that.

"Thank you. You know I've always wanted to decorate a guest room this way." She smiles.

I next follow her into her bedroom, it's large as well. Her bed looks like a king, it's got dark blue bedding and a built in bathroom connected to the room. The walls are a calming eggshell white, and she has a big window at the head of the bed.

"I really like your house!" I say turning to her.

"You know, I kind of really like it too." She says grinning at me. I'm so happy she is finally moved back to Forks, I really missed seeing her all the time.

"Well, your aunt Layla and Quil should be here any minute. Do you want something to drink while we wait?" She asks.

"Can I have a cup of tea?" I reply.

"Sure. I've got peach, raspberry, lavender, and turmeric. Pick your poison." She jokes.

"Turmeric sounds great." I smile at her.

We head off to the kitchen while my mom brews a cup of hot tea for me.

"So, how are things going with you and Paul?" She asks now turning to face me. "Layla told me you guys got back together. She heard it from Quil."

"Things are going really great, actually." I respond taking a sip of my tea. "I'm officially moved in with him."

"Oh, so you don't live in your apartment anymore?" She questions.

"No, as of last month I am fully moved into his place." I reply happily,

"Willow, that's great. I was routing for you two... I've seen the way he looks at you. It's intense, certainly not the way your father ever looked at me." She pauses and almost chuckles. "You should bring him by sometime, the two of you can have dinner with me."
