Gideon, or was he Fabian, sat on his bed across from a scraggly looking bloke in a chair that he thinks he remembers.

"Fid, if you're going to stare the least you could do is say hello." The person said. "Besides it's not like I'll kill you."

"Sirius?" Gab squinted his eyes. "You look older than you should be."

"What year do you think it is Prewitt?"

"1979 or 80 maybe."

"It's 1994, James and Lily are dead, Peter was a traiter, and I was imprisoned for crimes I didn't commit." Sirius explained. "Regulus isn't dead and your twin is, also you're an uncle to two lovely twins who might not want to see you."

"Why would Molly's kids not want to see me?"

"Not Molly's." Sirius took in a fortifying breath. "Your twin seems to have been under an imperius curse and particularly powerful glamours when he took my kid cousin."

"(Y/n)? The one you wanted to get away from your mother?"

"Yes, that one. A number was done on her, your twin did something that made her tear him to shreds. It's unknown if he was still under the influence that made him do that to her in the first place. Fair warning, the kids look like her mate, not your brother."

"Who's that?"

"Snape."

"Really?"

"I was surprised too." Sirius admitted honestly. "The twins told me that I could forget being part of their lives if I couldn't be bothered to be accepting of that because she would've literally died without him. Today, actually, as I understood it, her head would explode like a mucked up potion."

"James would be rolling in his grave after he ever found out."

"You think that's bad? She got the Dark Lord back his sanity."

"Why would she do that?"

"I'm of the belief that she wanted to keep Harry out of the fight and the best way to do that is to give the man what he wanted, a permanent solid form, granted, I was told she made him give her his word that her siblings were safe from him as are any of her children. Given how her kind are, there will be many of them."

"Her kind?"

"Her animagus is a Prophetic Shrinking Wolf, known more as the Dire Wolf. I read a book that the current Lord Lestrange had given me, since it's something that's in our blood, yours too actually, and found that they are ridiculously fertile. So much so that known dires in the family affect the family magic in good ways, it wouldn't surprise me if that's why your sister has so many kids."

"No, that's because we gave her the dirt the herbology professor hands out to seventh years that was given to us." The Prewitt shook his head.

"The deep soil of the ritual space of ritualistic orgies is potent, not that potent." Sirius's tone was exceptionally dry.

"But that's just part of the Weasley ways."

"And I asked my mother at the time that they had gotten married, apparently, the reason Weasley's were seen as untouchable in terms of the pureblood societies the Lestranges and the like circled was due to a reverence of sort that later got twisted. The dire blood is stronger than most in them. Due to a number of dires that had found their mates having their children choose to be a Weasley."

"How?" Gabian was now a bit lost.

"Well, during the following Haunt after the Incident the Lord Weasley of that time had an accident that rendered himself completely impotent. A blast end skrewt got him a little too well, or so the rumor was, anyway due to that, he lost his betrothed, a young Miss Orpha Regina Malfoy at the time, and was declared completely unmarriagable. There wasn't any other Weasley either, he came from a long line of only children with no branch families."
