I opened my eyes as soon as I felt something licking my face. I saw that it was George and he was sitting beside my head with his ears flop sided and a sad look in his eyes.

It was probably because he thought he couldn't help his master. I sat up and crossed my legs and patted him on the head and he leaned into my touch.

I knew he was slightly different than any other familiar but he was acting so strange I didn't know what to think of him anymore.

He climbed into my lap and closed his eyes. I rubbed his head and scratched lightly behind his ears. His breathing was slow and calm for someone who almost lost his master. I knew about some familiars who couldn't live without their masters so they slept on their graves never leaving and starved to death because of it.

George seemed more like a little brother towards the man than a companion that was meant to serve him.

When I heard the quiet groan I looked at the man's direction. He was still out cold but I could seer he bleeding has stopped at least. To make sure that it will definitely stop I kept pressing down on the moss to keep any blood from seeping through a gap that might appear.

I felt him move under my touch and retracted my hand. He was still pale form the blood loss but looked slightly better.

The color of the moss started turning a shade that looked like black. It made my blood turn cold. I didn't know what to do with a normal wound and yet here I was trying to help a werewolf who got attacked by someone that causes blood to turn black.

It felt like a sick joke to me. How come I was the one making the decisions here? I didn't want to be the one to make a wrong move to cost him his life. I guess one way or another you're always put in a position where you don't want to be in to get you out of your comfort zone.

Mother nature is cruel thing for that.

I didn't have my phone with me when I ran out of the house and my watch was broken so I couldn't use it. I just sat there looking at the man's face.

If he wasn't so rude all the time I might've admitted he was cute. His jet black hair had a slight curl to it and it was long enough to almost cover his eyes. I wanted to move it away to get a better look at his face but decided against it since he might wake up like in the books I've read.

I was not ready for that level of embarrassment yet. I needed to find a way to get to Pansy so that she could help me figure out what was causing his wounds to become black.

At least my main problem was taken care of and that was the bleeding. I stopped completely but I had to stitch him up because the moss isn't going to cut it in the long term.

I just knew I couldn't move him this state yet until it was safe to do so. My only other option was to send George to Pansy and my mother to get them here faster.

"George you need to go get my mother and Pansy. She is a witch and healer so she can help us."

He nodded his head slowly and climbed away from my lap and was already walking in the direction we came from. I looked at him confused when he walked and then came back after a few steps and sniffed me up and down.

I just sat still when he finished and looked up at me with his blue eyes. It almost seemed like he was smiling when he started running away. I really couldn't understand the little creature but it might help if I had Pansy with me.

She might know what to do and hopefully take over the whole situation. O no.

My eyes widened at the thought and then I remembered that I didn't take my pill and it was well after eight that was for sure. I started hyperventilating and stood up from where I was sitting and paced around. I really hoped that George would be able to get them fast because I needed to stay in schedule.
