Chapter Twenty-Nine - Smooth Like Silk and Sharp Like Knives

Your P.O.V.

Georg comes into my room where I'm currently being held by the three boys. He crosses his arms and raises his eyebrow.

"You got room for one more?" I nod my head and Georg comes over, laying on the leg that Bill isn't laying on I run my fingers through Georg's hair and he sighs contently.

"So when do you guys want to go on that hike?" I feel Gustav's arms tighten around my waist and he sighs.

"I don't ever want to leave, I'm happy just being able to hold you like this." I smile at Gustav's words. I sit here with Gustav holding me and laying his head on my right shoulder. Tom leans on my left shoulder and holds my left hand. Bill is laying his head on my right leg looking up at me. Georg laying on my left leg looking away from me as I run my fingers through his hair. It's a peaceful moment that I hope to keep in my memory forever.

"When do you guys want to go on the hike?" I look down at Bill and Georg and Bill looks into my eyes.

"We could go now if you want," Gustav speaks from my shoulder. I nod my head and move to get up they all slowly get off of me. I fully get up and stretch. I grab some clothes and head into the bathroom to change. When I come out I head downstairs and everyone is already waiting for me. I smile at them before heading over to the front door and opening it. They all follow me out to my car and Gustav sits in the passenger's seat. I drive to the trial that I told them about and I park the car getting out.

'

"Okay, who's ready to go for a hike?" I hop up in excitement since I haven't been hiking in what feels like forever. Georg chuckles at my excitement. As I start bouncing on my heels Gustav comes over and takes my hand. I smile at the contact and start to lead the guys on the trail since I've been here a few times in the past. We get to a nice clearing and I'm stopped by Gustav who pulls me behind him. I glance up at him confused and notice he's on edge. His stopping causes the rest of the guys to stop and look in the direction he's looking.

"Well, it seem's your senses did get better. I thought that the soulmate bond was complete bullshit but I guess it's not. I can feel the power radiation off of all of you, especially the twins." The man from the other day at the cafe moves out of the shadows walking toward us, Gustav pushes me further behind him shielding me from this unknown danger.

"Don't you fucking touch her Jason!" I hear Tom growl in an almost inhuman tone, I glance over at him and see that he and Bill have transformed. Tom has smoke coming off his hands and Bill's hands are freezing over. Georg has his hands in his pockets but his shoulders are tense like he's waiting for Jason to make a move. Gustav has one hand out protecting me and the other hand is clenched into a fist ready for a fight if needed.

"Now now, no need to be so defensive boys I came here with a deal. You surrender yourselves to me and let me take you to the demon realm to execute you and I let the girl live." His words come out smoothly despite how cruel they are. A voice of silk spewing words that are sharp like knives.

"There's no way in hell we're going with you! Especially not to our deaths!" Bill's words come out harsh and laced with venom. Gustav glances back at me for a split second and I see Georg nod at him. Gustav quickly picks me up and books it. Instead of heading back toward the car he runs through the forest. He stops for a second and looks around probably listening for danger. He sighs in relief and looks down at me.

"Are you feeling okay?" His eyes are filled with worry.

"I'm fine I'm more worried about the others." I look back towards where we came from.

"They'll be fine. We'll have to leave the car for now. Let's head home." He picks me back up and heads toward the house. We get there and he opens the door and places me on the couch. It's so quiet without the others, I hope they're okay.

(Two Hours Later.)

The front door opens and I perk up from my depressed state but my joy turns to worry when I see Tom slung over the shoulders of Bill and Georg. I run up to them and usher them over to the couch.

"What happened to him?" My eyes are filling with tears as I look down at a beaten and bruised Tom.

"He took a pretty heavy hit for me." Bill slumps down in the chair and I notice how badly they're all beaten. I get up and head upstairs to get some supplies to help with their injuries. I go back downstairs and start getting to work. Patching up the cuts and tending to the bruises. Once I'm finished I place kisses on each of their foreheads. I kneel next to Tom and whisper in his ear hoping he hears me.

"Please be okay."

Becca's Notes: I'm thinking that the next chapter should be the fight from their P.O.V. What do you guys think?
