He was explaining the basic laws of spellcasting to a group of kings and queens- mostly Dreemurs from the section of camp his own people resided when GB abruptly perked up. Unity lit up in delight nearly half a second later and Blue stammered slightly before coughing and continuing, albeit faster than before.

Roaring. The skeleblaster explained, only a little tense. Saphira's. And another, but I don't recognize it. Loyalty's not worried? He added in confusion, gazing out towards the easternmost point of the Ramr, the edges of the vast body of monsterkind brushing along its edge.

When Blue had the chance, he glanced up to see the glittering speck that was Saphira in the sky alongside a green one.
GB, you see- He cut short as he took in the other's thoughts. Wild, excited, antsy. He wanted to leap up and greet what was clearly another dragon of Alagaësia. He had become more familiar with their kind than his own relatives- he was starting to see them as kin more than he did monsters.
Blue didn't say anything on that subject. He found it.. strangely fitting.

He settled for answering a few questions, asking his partner. Do you want to find Draco and greet them?
GB didn't reply in words, simply lurching to his feet and bobbing his skull as he pawed the earth.
C'mon! He urged after a minute, wings half raised.

Blue had to bid a hasty farewell, clambering into the saddle before GB lunged, teleporting into the air and swooping in a loop over the vast camp, quickly locating someone he wanted to bring with and diving. Blue was gripping the saddle with wide sockets, subtly trying to slide his legs into the straps.

GB very roughly slammed into the ground, barely preventing himself from crashing all the way. Blue wasn't entirely so lucky, getting tossed forward and slamming painfully into the vertebrae in front of him despite using blue magic to cut off speed.
He yelped as GB hissed sharply and glanced back.

"I'm fine, I'm alright." Blue assured quickly while holding a hand to his face.
"Crap you're bleeding-" GB cut himself off to help him out of the saddle.
"Stars, I hadn't noticed." Blue muttered while pushing green into the area. "I should be better than that."

"Shoot- I uh, think there's a vegitoid a row down from here?" A voice offered nearby.
Blue blinked up at the fish monster in front of him.
"Oh. No, it's quite alright, I can heal myself." He explained, wiping away the dampness as the ache faded with a smile.

GB spoke with thought then, addressing the Undyne and nervous figure nearly hidden by her frame- had she thought they were in danger when they arrived?
I'm just in a hurry, there's another dragon coming. Bro, wanna meet someone else like Saphira?

There was a loud gasp as Papster finally stepped closer. "Really?" He asked aloud. GB crouched low in excitement, his brother blinking at the odd behavior.
They're green! I think he's the last egg- that egg was green! There's another dragon! Crap I should get Draco- and Drakon! Hang on, I'll be right back just you wait!

He spun and pranced a few paces before leaping up and vanishing in a flash of cerulean.
Blue chuckled at the sight.
"..Is he okay?" The Undyne asked. "Never seen Sans act like that before." She paused.
"That is him, right?"
That's my brother. Papster answered, the fish monster flinching slightly before frowning.

Blue hummed at their concern, understanding which Undyne he stood before. "Well, in your world you two are the last relatives to dragons with little understanding of the race with only monsters to turn to. Here there is an abundance of knowledge on dragons, even if they are not quite the same. And in training, GB was viewed as a dragon in full; so why wouldn't he act as such?"

"...I guess that makes sense." She hesitated again.
"But he's still so active, that's like so not him, what's up with that?"
Blue hesitated, debating whether or not to share what he knew before sighing, facing the pair.
"He experienced vividly how cruel Galbatorix and his servants were firsthand. He found the Determination to seek vengeance, then the will to protect the innocent from that same cruelty." He looked them in the eye and sockets.
"You see his scars."
