3rd pov:
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH-OW." Mahi screamed as she landed on the floor of Gwen's apartment with a thud, Hobie following behind her except with much more grace. "I'll never get used to this bloody portal thing."
Hobie chuckled as he helped her up, "Come on, let's find Gwendy's bedroom-" He was cut off by the sound of a gun cocking, the pair froze as they slowly turned around to see Captain Stacy aiming a pistol at them.
"Who the fuck are you? What the fuck did you just come through? And why the fuck are you in my apartment?"
Mahi immediately began stuttering as she stared down the barrel of the gun, despite the fact she had been living in Brooklyn for a while now, even as a crime fighter, she never got used to how common guns were in American households.
"Woah there partner!" She said in a thick southern accent, catching a side eye from Hobie.
"What're you doing?"
"Going incognito bro." She whispered to him in her normal voice before returning back to the southern accent. "There's no need for alla that mess sir, you can put your gun down, we're friends of Gwendolyn."
Her terrible accent got an eyebrow raise from the Captain who just tightened his grip on the gun.
"Alright alright, enough of that." Hobie webbed the gun, snatching it into his hand before dismantling it and throwing the parts on the floor. "And enough of that." He smirked as he webbed Mahi's mouth. "Look Captain Stacy, it's my understanding as the lad who's been housing your homeless daughter for the how many months that you know she's Spiderwoman correct?"
"Y-yes." Captain Stacy stared in shock as he saw Hobie had the same abilities as his daughter, "What are you?"
"I'm getting to that mate. Anyways, Gwendy's in trouble, more specifically a good friend of ours is in a lot of trouble in which he's trying to save his dad from being murdered in cold blood and Gwendy was fighting on the wrong side for a while. Now I'm guessin we don't have long 'til the bird herself pops in so I'm gonna need you to give her this." He tossed the box containing the watch to Captain Stacy who caught it. "And while you're at it, maybe apologise for trying to arrest your own daughter."
"You still didn't tell me what you are."
"Oh right, I'm Spiderman but from another dimension and Billy the Kid over here is actually Tigra in another dimension."
"Tigra?"
"Yeah unfortunately for you, your universe doesn't have a Spiderman so you don't have a Tigra, the two names go hand in hand, Spiderwoman for some reason never gets a Tigra."
"And why should I believe you."
"Because we fell out of a glowing portal dressed in leather and spandex superhero suits dickhead." Mahi frowned before turning to Hobie, "We need to get to Miles."
Before Hobie could reply Captain Stacy spoke up, "Miles? You know Miles?"
"I'm Miles' best friend of course I know Miles how do you know Miles?" Mahi raised an eyebrow at the stumbling Captain who was digging in his pocket, the man eventually pulled out a photo of Gwen and Miles.
"It's written on the back, 'me and Miles Earth-1610'. Miles is the one in trouble?"
"Yes..."
"I'll give her the watch if she comes by, but no promises."
"Trust me, she'll be here." Hobie said.
"May I ask why the change in heart?" Mahi looked at the miserable man earnestly as he stared at the picture in his hands.
