𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭

𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐲 𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧

One hour later

Satoru feels relieved to see the nurses walk out of the room. He takes a step towards them.

"How is she? Is Elpida okay?"

Satoru is eager to hear any updates from the nurses about Elpida's condition.

"She is sleeping,"  the nurses said ,

Satoru feels a little reassured as he hears that Elpida is sleeping.

"Okay, she is sleeping then. Can I go see her?"

He looks at the nurses, waiting to see if he's allowed to see Elpida and the nurses nod.

Satoru feels happy that the nurses nod at him. He starts to walk towards the room once again and steps inside. Once he gets inside, he sees Elpida sleeping peacefully.

"Elpida...are you okay?"

He stands there for a moment and just looks at Elpida in her sleep.

"This can't be the last time I see you like this."

Satoru walks up to Elpida and takes her hand.

"Please hold on, Elpida. I don't want to lose you. Please?"

The nurses lift her shirt up
Elpida's stomach was 50 stitches because of the cut she had

Satoru starts to panic when he sees how many stitches she has on her stomach. He feels his heart sink as he looks at her.

"Elpida, that...that looks horrible. You took this cut for me."

Satoru looks down at his jacket. He sees that the blood is still on it.

"I can't... I can't believe this happened. I need you to hold on, Elpida."

He grips her hand tightly now.

"She lost a lot of blood
But she is Okey
She is resting right now, " the nurses said ,

Satoru looks at the nurses and feels a bit relieved to hear that she's okay.

"Elpida is okay? Is she just resting now?"

He looks at the nurses and still grips Elpida's hand tightly.

"Elpida, please wake up. I want to see you."

He looks at Elpida in her sleep once more and waits for her to wake up.

"This surgery was a big one
She will wake later
We give her pills of hypnotic
So she couldn't feel anything till the surgery was over, " the nurses said.

Satoru feels a bit of relief again when he hears what the nurses say.

"Okay... she'll wake up later. I'm glad she couldn't feel any pain right now."

Satoru rubs Elpida's cheek and looks at her.

"Elpida, I need you to hold on. I don't want to lose you right now."

Satoru looks at Elpida sleeping silently and feels a bit emotional.

"Elpida..."

Satoru leans in closer and gently kisses Elpida on her forehead.

"You can hold on, Elpida. I'm right here with you."

He smiles a little and rubs her cheeks again.

"I love you, Elpida. Please don't die."

Satoru feels the tears roll down his cheeks again as he looks at Elpida still.

Satoru looks back at Elpida sleeping again.
