Chapter 11: The Execution

Blaze looked in horror. "WHAT?! KEADO WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!?!?" Keado slowly walked towards Blaze. "No... you're not doing this because of last night... YOUR DOING THIS BECAUSE YOU HAVE HATED MY FAMILY NAME!!!" Blaze felt a slash across his cheek. "Silence, mutt!" Blaze snarled and tried to ignite his hand. He felt it warm but it wouldn't come out. "What's wrong? Can't use you little toys? This metal is meant to conceal your energy... so you can't break free." He whispered. "Everyone... I believe you are wondering why Blaze has been charged with all these crimes. As you saw yesterday... Blaze attempted to kill me in camp. Later that night, he attempted to kill me again, this time trying to help Nyli escape." People gasped. Blaze looked around. "Heh... EVEN THOUGH I WANT YOU DEAD NOW, I WOULDN'T HAVE! I HONNOR ELEMENTIA AND WILL STAND BY ITS LEADER EVEN IF ITS A RAGING NARCISSIST BITCH!!"
"ELEMENTIA IS GONE!!! THERE IS NO MORE OF IT!!! THE HUMANS RUN IT NOW, THANKS TO YOUR DAD!!!"
Everyone went into a silence. Blaze stared in shock. He slowly calmed down and looked at Keado. "Whatever happened, I don't remember my dad... but I'm sure as hell that he was way better than you." Keado gritted his teeth. "You have been on my last straw Blaze... concealing Ezra, attempting to kill me, killing our own kind!!! You must bare the consequences."
"Like Ezra must for being an Astral?"
People stayed quiet, and Keado glared.
"Yea! I know about that! I've known for a while. And you were gonna kick me out until I used my astral power!"
Many people were silent. "W-Wait... Blaze is an Astral?" Said someone in the crowd. Blaze struggled and looked down. He channeled the fire to slowly climb up his back. Many people gasped. "And when you found out, you wanted me dead for it because you fear someone more powerful will take your role as leader!"
"ENOUGH!!! DIE YOU ASHFALL SCUM!!!"
Keado raised the trident ready to strike. Suddenly, a wave of water struck him, making him fall to the ground. He got up and turned. Blaze looked over and saw Aqua, staff in hand. "DON'T YOU EVER TOUCH MY BROTHER AGAIN!" Keado stood. "Well, well, well... runs in the damn family." Keado quickly changed at Aqua. Aqua quickly spun her bo-staff and clashed it with the Trident. He slashed at her, multiple times, barely missing. Aqua held out her hand as water erupted from it. Keado rolled back and stood. He quickly granted his trident and threw it. The trident plummeted toward Aqua. She gasped as it sunk into her stomach. "AQUA NO!!!!" Aqua gasped as she fell back. "I'm ok!" He held her hand on the trident and started to run water into her wounds. "I'll deal with you later..." Keado turned to Blaze, drawing a sword. Before he could at all come close, Damian's scythe suddenly hit the sword. The electricity on the scythe magnetized the scythe back to Damian's hand. "I'm sorry Keado but I can't have you do this..." Blaze smiled as he saw Damian and Roren, side by side, weapons ready. Purple ooze dripped from Roren's blades and electricity crackled from Damian. Keado sighed. "I've had enough of this." He suddenly held his sword by his side. "Wind Type: Cyclo..." Blaze felt chills go down his spine. "GUYS GET BA-"
"... TRI-WIND SLASHES!!!" Keado spun his sword around his body. Suddenly, green like slashes appeared, hitting Roren and Damian back. They gasped as more slashes hit them. Both fell to the ground, still breathing. Everyone seemed stunned. "KEADO IS AN ASTRAL!?!" Blaze struggled to try to get out. He looked up to see Pheramone, Marie, and Bio. All had weapons at the hand. Keado quickly spun his sword and slashed, a large wind blade hitting Marie, knocking her out instantly. Pheramone and Bio quickly charged at him. Phera jumped and swung her chained blades, and Bio rushed in below. Keado quickly dodged Pheramone's attack and lunged at Bio with his sword. Bio ducked back and slashed at his side, poisonous mist following the blade. Keado yelled in pain and slid on the ground. "Wind Type: Cyclo, Wind Flow!" Keado spun and a ball of green dust flew at Bio. On contact, the wind burst into a large gust, knocking Bio out. Pheramone snarled as she released her water flowers at Keado. Keado flew back as it exploded in a watery burst. Keado landed and snarled. Blaze noticed Adieu, Titus, and Mazzy rush out of the crowd. Mazzy fired an arrow covered in acid, grazing Keado. Keado snarled and quickly charged at Mazzy. Adieu slid in the way and yelled, swinging his hammer onto the ground. Long, earth pillars shot up and struck Keado, launching him in the air. Adieu was an earth astral. Titus used his arm blades and stabbed them into the pillar, climbing up. He quickly sunk a blade into Keado's stomach as ice surrounded the blade. He slammed Keado to the ground and jumped back. Keado slowly stood. "GET OUT OF MY DAMN WAY!!! WIND TYPE: CYCLO, TORNADO OF FLUX!!!!" Keado twirled the sword and spun it in his hands above his head. Suddenly, strong green wind slashes surrounded Keado. "GUYS!!! MOVE!!!" Immediately, the blades pushed outward all around, slashing and pushing Phera, Mazzy, Titus, and Adieu to the ground. The blades kept moving, spinning like a tornado. Keado stopped his spinning sword, stopping the blades. He slowly turned to Blaze and walked forward. "Thanks to you... unfortunately all these astral's will have to die..." Blaze snarled. "You prick! YOU SICK FUCK!!!!" As he yelled, he saw two shadows leap over him. He looked up and saw two wolves made of fire. Azar and Inigo. Both of them tackled Keado, pulling him to the ground. He yelled in pain as many gasped at the sight of the two gods. Keado fought as the held their grip, their teeth sinking into his skin. He swung at Azar, and the flames moved with it, realizing Azar's grip. Azar snarled as he tried to bite Keado again, but Keado had freed himself from Inigo. He held out his hand as wind blew from it, causing Azar and Inigo's forms to distort. "You think that will stop us?"
"We may be made of fire but only we can choose when we go out!"
Keado smiled, psychotically. "Oh it wouldn't stop you, but it will temporarily stun you!" Keado turned and lunged at Blaze. Blaze felt as if the world was moving in slow motion. The sword was aimed for his throat. This was it... This was where he died...

There was a sudden sound of something charging up. A blue beam with rings around it slammed into Keado, sending him sliding to the ground. Blaze looked up from where it came from. It was Nyli. Her body glowed a cyan, blue rings surrounding her arms. "NYLI!" Blaze yelled in amazement. Nyli landed and sliced Blaze's cuffs from the ground. Blaze quickly hugged her. He quickly pulled away. "W-Wait! I don't give you my blood! I-"
"You didn't need to. During our kiss is when I got them."
Blaze remembered the kiss they shared. "Of course... you got some of my saliva in your system a now you-"
"Now I have powers if Sound Type: Echo." She held up the book of Astrals. He smile, looking into her eyes. He noticed Nyli look behind him. "Move!" She grabbed him and ducked to the side as a wind blade zipped past them. Blaze turned and Nyli drew her glaive. Keado's face was filled with fury. "YOU UNGRATEFUL LITTLE BITCH!!!" He charged at him with his sword. Nyli pushed Blaze to the side as she clashed her glaive against Keado's sword. "Ungrateful huh? I've been called worse you sly fuck!" Nyli slammed the sword to the ground and disarmed him. She lunged forward and stabbed him in the shoulder. Keado yelled in pain and Nyli charged up her arm. She yelled and a beam shot through the glaive, shooting off Keado's arm. Blood splatted everywhere as Keado yelled in pain. He fell backwards and grabbed his sword. "WIND TYPE: CYCLO, TORNADO OF FLUX!!!" He spun his sword as the wind blade tornado surrounded him. "I gotta help her!" Blaze stood. He felt Azar and Inigo come to his hands. "Use us." He looked down as he saw them turn into his swords. They were them all along! Blaze turned and placed his blades down in the ground. "Fire type: Hino. Burst Forth!" Blaze felt his legs suddenly fill with energy, he pushed forward, taking his swords out of the ground. He felt his legs start to run for him. He charged at Keado, weaving between each wind blade. He slashed once at Keado, missing. He slashed three more times, missing each time. He could feel his legs starting to loose stamina. He quickly jumped up, looking at Keado, He readied his swords.
"Blaze..."
He felt his heart freeze as he heard Kovu's words.
"Hold one of your swords horizontally over your head, your arm in an L shape. Take the other and hold it horizontally under it. Then swing the swords simultaneously around you and say, Blazing Current."
Blaze quickly followed the instructions. He closed his eyes as he ignited his swords. "Fire type: Hino..." He felt something form between the blades. He quickly swung them around his head as he felt it grow stronger. "...BLAZING CURRENT!!!" Blaze opened his eyes as he swung his swords forward. An aura beam of fire was sent from the blades. It weaved like a water current and slammed into Keado. Keado launched back and the aura attacked again, and again, and again. The aura was striking him non-stop. Blaze quickly swung his swords up and the aura hit Keado up into the air. Blaze jumped and flipped the aura doing the same. With a yell, Blaze slammed his swords and the aura into Keado's chest, sending him into the ground, a large crater around him. Blaze landed and walked over. Keado gasped. "I-I can't move! What did you do to me!?!" Blaze saw that Keado's back was broken and his arm was mangled. His other arm clean of, still bleeding, his chest covered in cuts and scars, and blood poured from his head. He felt Nyli land next to him, and others began to gather around. "Dad... It wasn't Blaze trying to kill you all this time... it was me..." Blaze turned as Nyli spoke. Many gasped in shock. Blaze noted Trey, stunned. "And Trey... I'm sorry about your sister... she knew about this and tried to stop it... and it killed her." Trey looked down, but nodded slowly.
"Y-YOU!!!! I SHOULD HAVE JUST ABANDONED YOU IN THAT HOUSE DURING THE RAID!!! YOU ARE NOT WORTHY OF THE SANOR FAMILY NA-"
Nyli aimed her fist at Keado and shot Keado in the face with a sonar beam. Blood, brains, and skull splattered out of the back of Keado's head. Blaze could hear Keado's breath fade. He was dead...

"W-What do we do now?" Asked someone in the crowd. Blaze turned to them. "Take the injured to the infirmary. Quick!" A group immediately rushed over, taking those who helped him in the fight. "What do we do about the leader?" Asked another. Many looked around. "Slash maybe?" People turned to Slash, who was staring at his fathers body, tears flowing down his cheeks. "No... I-I don't want to follow in his footsteps..." There was a sudden bright light. Everyone gasped as Blaze recognized the shape of Kovu. He walked over to Blaze. "Him... Blaze will be leader... because he is gonna bring you all home..." Blaze seemed surprised. "W-Wait- Kovu-"
"We agree." Blaze turned to Azar and Inigo who appeared from his swords.
"Me too." Blaze felt something grab his arm. He turned and looked into Nyli's eyes. Soon, all of the others started to agree. Blaze eventually nodded. "Ok... But if we are gonna want to bring back our home, we will need to all get powers."
