Falling for a Surfer

Trick 3

     Sarah and Jon were surfing on the waves.
She said," Try to catch me!!!"
He laughed. She did two tricks Ollie the flats and the chop hop. She did them a few more times then jumped in the water. She swam up. She grabbed her board. She got on her board. She looked up at Jon. He was still on the wave. He did a trick that made him fall in the water after. He grabbed his board then swam over to her.
He said," Hey beautiful."
She said," Hi handsome."
He said," You ready for your next trick?"
She looked at him in shock.
She said," Wait you really think I'm ready for a new one?"
He said," Yes."
She hugged him tight.
She said," What am I learning?"
He said," It's called Air."
She let go and held his hand.
She said," What is Air?"
He said," Ok. It's similar to the two tricks you just learned. Squat and keep your shoulder low. Then go to the top of the wave. Once you get to the top of the wave pop and bring your knees up to your chest. Then land light."
She said," Ok that sounds like a lot."
He said," As long as you pop and land light you've pretty much got it."
She took a deep breath.
He said," Let me show you real quick."
She said," Ok."
He swam over to the waves. Once he caught a wave. He rode it. He waved at Sarah. She waved back. He did the Air trick. He did it two more times then jumped off the wave and fell in the water. He swam over to Sarah.
He said," You ready?"
She said," As ready as I'll ever be."
He said," Good luck baby. I'll be right here watching."
He kissed her forehead.
He said," You've got this baby."
She swam over to the waves. She held onto her board and went underwater. She floated back up and swam forward. She paused for a second, she felt the water with her hand.
She said," The waves are calm, but I feel something. I'm not sure what. Maybe it's. It's a nice wave coming. I'm not gonna lose it."
She swam forward quickly to try to catch the wave. She then swam back quick. She saw the wave coming up. She stood up quickly on her board, once she was on the wave. She bent her knees to squat then road the wave. She waved at Jon. Jon waved back at her. She did the Ollie the flats then the Chop hop. She tried to do the air. She kept her shoulder low and bent her knees. She lifted up her leg and tried to bring both of her knees up to her chest. While doing that though she fell off, and landed in the water. She floated back up. She grabbed her board and went a few more times. She fell every time when she lifted her leg up or when she would try to bring both of of her knees up to her chest. Jon swam over to her.
He said," Baby."
She smiled. She grabbed her board. She sat on it. He said," You doing ok?"
She said," Yeah this trick is a little hard."
He said," Yeah I know we are getting into kind of the harder tricks now."
She said," I always feel like I got it. But you know."
He said," It's not easy. I believe in you though."
She said," Really."
He touched her cheek.
He said," I always have."
She grabbed his neck and started kissing him on the lips. After a few minutes they stopped. He looked over at the waves. He looked back at her.
He said," Go baby."
She kissed his cheek. Then tried a few more times doing the trick. She kept falling though. After a while they went back to their hotel.
