Morning time came. Sarah could feel the sun on her face. She rubbed her eyes, and yawned quietly. She rolled over to face Jon. She put her arm out trying to hug him.
She whispered to herself. "He's so sweet. I can't wait to get to know him more." She sat up while still hugging him. "Oh Jon."
She kissed his cheek.
She said," Jon, good morning."
He opened his eyes.
He said," Good morning Sarah."
She smiled.
He said," Lay down for a minute."
She said," Why?"
He said," So I can do something."
He gently pulled her arm to aim her to lay down.
She said," What did you want to do?"
He said," This."
He stroked her blonde hair and lead her in for a kiss.
She said," Oh Jon."
He said," You hungry?"
She said," Yeah."
He said," Ok I'll go get us some breakfast."
He put his change of clothes on.
He said," Any request?"
She said," Fruit."
He said," Ok."
He opened the door.
She said," And one more thing."
He looked at her.
She said," Don't take too long."
He said," Don't worry. I'm sure the nurse and your parents will be here soon."
She said," Ok."
He left the room. Sarah sat up just waiting.

Minutes past. Sarah's parents, Lilly, Mark, and Kily came in the room.
Sarah said," Hi mom and dad and everybody."
Sarah's mom said," Oh Sarah finally your awake. How are you feeling ok? Feel pain?"
She said," I'm fine mom really just my head hurts a little bit."
Sarah's mom rubbed her daughter's head gently. She hugged her tight.
Sarah said," Whoa easy mom hehe a little too tight."
Sarah's mom said," I'm sorry sweetie. I'm just so glad your alright."
Kiley said," I'm next."
Lilly said," Me too."
Sarah's mom let go of her.
Sarah's dad said," I need to steal her first real quick."
Sarah hugged her dad. Her dad let go of her.
Kiley and Lilly both did a group hug to Sarah.
Kiley said," I was so worried."
Lilly said," I'm just so glad your alright."
Kiley whispered into Sarah's ear. Lilly whispered in Sarah's other ear.
Kiley said," Did you meet Jon yet?"
Lilly said," What do you think of him?"
Kiley said," He's nice huh? The hot surfer guy you were looking at."
Lilly said," Do you like him? Would you date him?"
Sarah said," Girl's why are you whispering?"
Kiley and Lilly both jinxed saying," We're just curious."
Sarah said," Ok long story short. Yes he's sooo nice."
Kiley and Lilly both smiled and got excited.
Jon said," Knock knock."
Kiley and Lilly stood next to Sarah.
Kiley and Lilly said," Hey Jon."
They looked back at Sarah. Sarah gave them a look to stop teasing her. They just squealed and laughed.
Sarah said," Stop it."
They said," Ok."
He said," Um Sarah I brought you food."
Sarah said," Oh looks good."
He said," Hi everyone."
Sarah walked over to Jon.
She said," Oh um mom dad, if you haven't already meet this is Jon. He's so nice."
He said," Hi and yes they have."
Sarah's mom said," Yeah we've meet him. Doctor said you should be able to go home tomorrow probably."
Sarah said," Home? Um."
She looked at Jon.
She said," Um mom and dad can I talk to you guys for a minute."
Jon said," I should go."
She grabbed his hand.
She said," No stay."
He said," Ok."
Kiley, Lilly, and Mark left the room. Sarah's parents stayed in the room. Sarah and Jon sat on the bed.
Sarah said," Um mom and dad. I know Jon is the surfer that was on that wave when I got hurt.
Sarah's dad said," Correct."
She said," Well."
She held Jon's hand.
Jon said," Well she forgave me but I promised her. I would make it up to her no matter what it is she wanted."
Sarah said," Yeah and I already told him what I wanted."
Sarah's mom said," A dress?"
Sarah said," No. It's something I always dreamed of doing but never got to."
Jon said," Surfing."
Sarah started stuffing strawberries into her mouth.
Sarah's mom and dad said," Surfing?"
Sarah said," Yes. So please don't let my trip end. Let me stay here and learn."
Sarah's mom said," Um just give us a second."
Sarah's mom and dad went out of the room to go talk.
Sarah and Jon just sat on the bed eating fruit and pastries.
She said," I hope they say yes."
He said," They might."
Sarah's mom and dad walked in the room.
Sarah's mom said," Honey if it would make you happy and you stay safe then yes you can stay."
Sarah ran up to her mom and dad hugging them.
She said," Oh thank you. Thank you. Thank you."
Sarah's dad said," Have fun honey."
Sarah's mom said," See you when summer ends. Jon dear?"
Jon said," Yes."
She said," Take good care of her. Care for her dear if she gets hurt again."
Jon said," I will I promise."
She said," Good."
She whispered in Sarah's ear.
She said," He's cute dear."
Sarah said," I know right."
She said," He's a keeper. He's really nice."
Sarah said," He definitely is."
She said," Bye sweet heart."
Sarah said," Bye mom and dad."
Her parents left.
Sarah ran up to Jon and wrapped her legs around him.
He said," You excited for a summer of fun and learning to surf?"
She said," You bet I am."
She kissed him.
She said," You'll go easy on me right?"
He said," Maybe."
She giggled. They kissed again.
He said," That's not all though."
She said," What do you mean?"
He said," Well I'd like to include something else."
She said," Ok what were you thinking?"
He put her down. He stroked her blonde hair.
He said," Romance."
She said," Oh Jon."
She hugged him.
She said," I'd love to."
He said," Really?"
She said," Yes!!!"
He kissed her.
