Severus, Harry, Valerius, Sebastian, the kids and the whole Hogwarts' staff, including the employees, which were no Professors, sat in the staff room.

"Okay everyone. You already heard some of my plans, but I want share my plans in more details. Please just listen for the moment. Any questions or suggestions we will discuss after I presented my ideas. Alright?" Severus received nods as positive response and for him to start.

"Well, let me start with the classes. You all know, that Dumbledore had removed many classes over the years. I want them all back, but they will start not earlier than with the next term, what gives us enough time to decide, who will teach them. I have some ideas already and as I said, send some letters. I think you won't have any problems, with whom I want as Professors. But if you have any objections, don't hesitate to tell me. Let me show you the list of classes, including those we still have." Severus pointed his wand at the empty wall and cast a spell. A second later, a list with all classes appeared for everyone to see.

"As you can see, we have our core classes 'Astronomy', 'Charms', 'Defense against the Dark Arts', 'Herbology', 'History of Magic', 'Potions' and 'Transfiguration'. Let us stay there for the moment. Following class, I want to add, are 'Dark Arts' and 'Traditions of the magical and muggle world'. This will include how you greet a Lord and Lady. There will be two professors, one for the magical and one for the muggle aspect. I think we teach it for the first two years. That should be enough for everyone to understand both worlds and how to behave when they meet pureblood families or for the purebloods to show more tolerance." The professors nodded in agreement, knowing that the lack of respect and knowledge from muggles is why the pureblood dislike them so much.

"The other class will be 'Magical Creatures'. This class will explain everything about the different creatures. You might think that we do not need it, because we teach it already in DADA, but that will no longer be the case. It's a discrimination for all creatures, that may be dangerous, but won't attack mindless, except in defense or protection. Even werewolves during a full moon stay in their territory. Would it be not the case, we'd have a massive problem since decades. Our students shall learn to respect the wixen with a creature inheritance not to fear them. Do you have any questions so far?" No one said anything, therefore Severus continued.

"Good, come we to the next classes, the electives. We have 'Arithmancy', 'Care of Magical Creatures', 'Divination' and 'Study of Ancient Runes'. Additional to that, I want add 'Muggle Studies'. The wizarding world knows nothing about the developments in the muggle world, but I know that many students are curious how muggles live. However, there is the condition, that whoever wants to teach it, must have lived at least for one year in the muggle world. For muggles, of course, no problem, but should a wixen be interested then this will be the condition. In addition, the professor have to use the summer holidays to kept informed about the changes, either by living in the muggle world or visiting it five days per week. It's like going to work each morning and back home in the afternoon. The other classes will be 'Healing' and 'Magical Politics'." Severus paused a moment, but again no one had any questions.

"Come we to the last classes. So far, we have 'Advanced Arithmancy Studies', 'Alchemy' and 'Apparition'. I want to add 'Wandless Magic'. Especially the wixen with a creature inheritance will be able to use it. That would be all for the moment. Do you have any suggestions for any other classes?"

"That's great so far Severus. But I have one more suggestion. Many of the first class, especially those from the muggle world have problem to write with a quill. Maybe we should add a class, where they can learn to do it?"

"Thanks, Minerva. That's brings me to a complete other issue. Future students, with no knowledge of the magical world have a great disadvantage, not just not knowing how to write with a quill. That can easily be handled, by allowing them using their own way to write meaning pencils. It's something similar as to write with a quill. It would be unfair due to their inexperience to let them fall back in their studies, because there are unable to take notes during the class. However, you know of the muggleborn often having parents, which have no idea about the wizarding world. From our own experience, not all parents like it when they children begin performing accidental magic. Often there are seen as freaks, monsters or possessed by the devil and therefore heavily mistreated or abandoned. I want to try finding a magical family for them or at least to let them live in some kind of orphanage, which would be next to the house, where also the families of the professors are living, meaning the former shrieking shack. I want them away as fast as possible from their families in those cases. That will also give them the chance to learn everything they need before they start Hogwarts. For those, where the parents have no problem with having magical children, we could invite for privacy lessons together with those we have to remove from the parents."
