Idiots never learn 

"I cannot believe Dumbledore is gone, less that he was demon. Are we sure they said the truth?"

"Of course not, Remus. I don't know why they all believe Albus could have ever been a demon. It's more likely this demon had hide him somewhere to take his place. We should go to his mansion at Godric Hollow and check if he might be there. Maybe he needs help."

"But what if the demon had killed him." Sirius shook his head.

"I refuse to believe Dumbledore might be gone. Without him, our world would be doomed. Look what is happening. Snivellus is headmaster, Headmaster, Remus. Can you believe it? Worse, Harry thinks that snake is his mate. Uhhgh, alone the thought of Harry and Snivellus...it's disgusting. That bastard must have done something. Damn it, Harry's still a kid and he hadn't even finished school, yet."

"But Harry is a creature Sirius, a dragon at that. Are you really sure, he'd be tricked by Snivellus? And what about Lord Prince?"

"Come on. They must have planned this for years. Why else would they suddenly appear out of nothing? It cannot be a coincidence. Look how much had happened just in three months. Suddenly, Snivellus comes back, Harry behaves like a love drunken idiot, everyone believes Dumbledore is a bad guy, Lord Prince appears and more or less takes over the Wizengamot overnight and suddenly Snivellus is even Headmaster of Hogwarts. Hell, even the students like him."

"Do you think he used a love potion?"

"I'd bet he did. There is no other reason why Harry would want him."

"Do you have any proof?"

"Remus, alone Harry's behavior is proof enough."

"But Sirius..."

"No, Remus. I don't know how Snivellus had managed all this, but I'm sure of it. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised when the Dark Lord suddenly appears out of nowhere or may already be our new minister. Wouldn't it be easy for Snivellus to brew Polyjuice for him? Remember the incident with Barty Crouch Jr. A whole year, was he able to run around as Moody in Hogwarts without anyone noticing. You cannot tell me Snivellus hadn't known. I bet he even helped him."

"I don't know, Sirius. On one hand, it seems you're right and everything was a long term plan to get rid of Dumbledore and letting Snape takeover Hogwarts. On the other side, I cannot believe that everyone, including all the students and the whole Wizengamot, wouldn't have noticed when You-know-who took over."

Remus sighed. Both were sitting in the kitchen in Grimmauld Place. The house was silent. No elf, muttering about anything, no portraits, which would scream at them, no order members discussing how to fight the dark side. It was a bliss and a curse, because it just reminded them how wrong everything had gone the past months.

The creatures, Remus had tried to talk with, turned their backs on him as soon as he would start to explain why they couldn't trust Snape or the ministry. Some even attacked him, when he wouldn't stop talking. It was as if the wizarding world had gone crazy.

"Where is Ron?"

"Don't know, don't care. Since it was discovered he's a Black, he demanded to get the heir title, because it would have been his right. When Narcissa was declared Lady Black, he was so foolish to disown himself. Merlin, it's not that I like she's the new Head of House, but come on, who would disown themselves from a family?"

"Was it not your plan as well as we finished Hogwarts, because you wanted nothing to do with the family? And he's still your son."

"That was different."

"How so?" Before Sirius could answer, they heard the opening of the front door, which meant, Ron was back.

"Can you believe it? Dad, I mean Arthur, and Charlie got an offer to work in Hogwarts."
