Dally's POV

If it wasn't for Rosie there is no way I could have went to my sisters funeral. She walked out wearing a short black and white dress with a small white short sleeve sweater. She had on these black heels that accented the dress perfectly. She looked beautiful. She smiles at me and fixes my dark black tie.
"Thanks baby." I whisper, my voice shaking a little.
"Baby, I know it's rough but we should go." She whispers, wrapping her arms around me.
I sigh and smile at her, wrapping my arms around her. She gently rubs my back and leans up and kisses my cheek.

"It'll be alright. " she whispered. I nod and smile at her.
We walk on out and into her dads car and drove to this small church in the middle of no where. All my family was there, my mom and dad and uncles and aunts I didn't even know I had were all inside this church. I slowly got out, sighed, and slowly walked in. I swear every eye in the place was on us. I sigh and wrap my arm around her and slowly walk to the front. There was my momma and my dad, weeping on the coffin like they actually cared about her. They spent literally no time with her at all, they were either drunk or just plain gone. I was the one who had to take care of her until they threw me out. I sigh and look at my sisters cold, lifeless body and thought of all the good times we had. There was a picture there of little Emma wearing my black leather jacket. Rosie's hand tightened around mine and I knew it was time to face my parents. My mom and dad both scowl at me as I walk by.

"Who's this?" Mom says, cocking an eyebrow in Rosie's general direction.

"Mom, dad, this is Rosie." I say, gesturing to Rosie with my free hand.

"Honey, she looks like a broad." My mom stage whispers to me as if Rosie wasn't standing two feet behind me.

My jaw locks. I know she is just trying to get a rise out of me and it's working. Nobody talks about my girl like that. Nobody. Before I can tell her off real good, Rosie steps up.

"Excuse me ma'am but I don't believe your opinion of me is valid or wanted. Thank you and have a nice day." Rosie says in a clear confident voice. Did I ever mention how much I love her? I smile and wrap an arm around her and leave my mother and father with stunned looks on their faces.

When we left, I lit a cigarette and slowly exhaled the smoke, instantly relaxing me. Rosie looks at me and cracks a small smile that is down right adorable and kisses me real hard. I smirk and respond back with an equally as hard kiss. I knew my parents were watching and personally I could have cared less plus it distracted me from Emma.

I smiled and sniffle a bit at thinking about her. I missed her and it hadn't even been a day. Rosie looks up at me in understanding and hugs me.

"I'll always be here for you if you need to talk about it." She whispers in my ear. I nod and hug her tighter. I don't know why but I was getting an uneasy feeling as my mom and dad glared at us.
