Cold but warm

'He was worried.'

 Aiden mouth was opened when he saw Aurora sitting on the floor in front of the door.

"Are you okay? what's wrong"He asked rubbing her hair as she looked up at him."I got bullied in front of everybody and they were laughing."She replied in a sombre voice.

"Aurora it's okay to get bullied, I got bullied all the time when I was in high school" Aiden concluded."Aiden, it is not okay, and besides that was you, not me" She responded. Before he could talk she told him to open the door, she was tired and she just need some time to rest.

       When she finished bathing she heard some people quarreling. She peeped through her window and saw Layla and Jayden. They were the ones quarrelling. She locked the window at the sight of Jayden the person who disgraced her. It was evening and Aurora was tired of the day already so she headed to bed.

The next morning she washed and prayed, she looked into the bag she had taken with her on the shopping day and saw the cookies, it was already spoilt so she threw it in the trash can. She made herself pancakes to eat as she headed to the door.

Immediately she stepped out of her house she came face to face with Layla."Aurora I am so sorry for what happened yesterday, I didn't know my actions were going to put you in something like that, my brother and his friends are big jerks, please forgive me."Layla begged. Aurora gave in when Layla started to cry,she hugged her before they went to school together.

"Who is Damien?"Aurora asked looking at Layla.

"Ohh, he is the cute handsome guy that was staring at you, the one that is the tallest out of my brother's group, he is also the leader of the group and the basketball captain" Layla stated.

So the green-eyed boy is Damien, she thought.

"Do you like him?"Layla asked with a smirk on her face."I don't like mean people."Aurora replied.

As they approached the school Aurora started to panic, she remember the event that took place yesterday, it even became worst when she spotted Damien and his friends across the field staring at her, she felt her lungs getting tight as she fell to the floor, her vision was already blurred when she saw that one person. Damien.

Aurora woke up resting on her soft bed, her vision was starting to get back to normal. She stood up on her feet as her brother walked in with a cup of coffee for her."Hey hey sit down" He said gesturing her to sit."Here you go" Aiden said handing her the cup of coffee also sitting on her bed.

"He was worried," Aurora murmured.

"Who?"
