"Okay, yeah Chad. That sounds great. La and I just wrapped up her photo shoot for the day, but we won't be leaving to head back to New York until tomorrow morning. Let me speak with Lucious once we get back because I know that he has a couple of events planned surrounding the ASA's, then I'll get back to you about when we can make it out that way. Sound good?"

I uttered into the receiver of my cell while my daughter and I ascend towards the top floor, within the lush elevator of one of Italy's finest places to stay, the Hotel Principe Di Savoia.

She and I have been here for the past two days getting all the shots for the Little Marc Jacobs fall line together and this little bit of good news that Chad just shared with me is like cream cheese icing on the cake that is this fabulous trip.

Chad agreed to my terms and our call ended as La La and I made it to our penthouse suite overlooking the entire city. The view from up here on the 45th floor is absolutely breathtaking and on most trips that we make here, this is where we usually stay.

Bouncing off the elevator, Laylah headed towards her room to change clothes as I turned towards the bell hop, patiently waiting beside the elevator.

"Ci sara niente altro che possa assistere con la signora Lione?" (Would there be anything else I can assist you with Mrs. Lyon?") The lanky fresh faced Italian young man inquired.

"No. Grazie Jean Marc, che sara tutto." (No. Thank you, Jean Marc, that will be all.) I replied then rolled off two crisp hundred-dollar bills and handed them his way.

"Grazie Signora. Grazie." (Thank You.) He rebutted through a jovial grin as the elevator doors slowly closed and I headed through the foyer halls of the suite towards the living room.

Our floor is only accessible by special key card due to the fact that the elevator opens directly within the confines of the room, so not everyone can get up here.

I pealed my Manalo's from my feet while scrolling through my cell to check unattended emails and messages. I've been waiting for Lucious to call and fill me in about his talk with Andre since we last spoke earlier but nothing yet, so I just assume that he may not have made it over to our eldest's house yet.

We're in different time zones so although it's dark here it's still plenty of day light left in New York for my husband to get it done.

My freshly pedicured feet thudded against the marble towards the bar, pouring myself a glass of mineral water, I strutted back into the living room to sit down for a few. Continuing to scroll through my emails for a few seconds, I then turned my attention towards my daughter.

"La La, come in here for a second baby girl." I tossed over my shoulder and within a few minutes she made her way towards me with a copy of the new season script in hand.

After the season one success of her show, the studio quickly approved and put season two into production shortly after, so it's been airing nonstop since Netflix gave it the green light last summer.

Now with filming for season three getting ready to ramp up, our schedules are gonna be even more hectic than they already are if you can even imagine that.

"Yes ma." My ears heard leak from my daughter's mouth as she made her way in front of me and my eyes shifted up to meet hers. Patting the cushions beside me for her to come sit, she plopped down along the lush structure. La folded her legs underneath her as I shifted a bit to the side so that we're now eye to eye.

"Baby, how about you and I go out to dinner tonight at Armani Nobu to celebrate." I began while easing my arm along the back of the couch as she scooted a bit closer into my body then stared up into my eyes.
