"I've heard that Blackwater is supplying weapons to rebel fighters in Falmart, am I correct?" Prime Minister Logan inquired, leaning forward in his chair, his eyes fixed on the head of MI6, Harrison Louis.
"Yes, my Prime Minister," Harrison responded, his voice carrying a note of solemnity.
"The contractors have indeed been providing weapons and training to the rebel fighters. Currently, they are in the midst of training, and the supply of weapons to the rebels is still ongoing."
Prime Minister Logan sank back into his seat, his brow furrowing with concern.
The situation in Falmart weighed heavily on his mind, and he pondered the potential consequences of such covert support.
"I've heard about the ongoing battles in Marais Forest," Prime Minister Logan remarked, his voice tinged with a mix of curiosity and apprehension.
"How long has it been raging?"
Harrison took a moment to gather his thoughts before responding, aware of the gravity of the situation.
"It has been approximately three months, sir," he replied, his tone measured.
"The yanks have been relentlessly pounding the Imperial guerrillas. They are steadily gaining the upper hand in terms of numbers and of course military technology, but the Imperials are proving resilient and refuse to back down."
Prime Minister Logan nodded, absorbing the information.
The duration of the conflict was longer than he had anticipated, and he couldn't help but wonder about the toll it was taking on both sides.
"Well," Prime Minister Logan mused aloud, his voice tinged with a mix of curiosity and skepticism.
"I can't help but wonder how long these Roman lookalikes will manage to hold they're ground in the face of such relentless pressure."
Harrison's gaze met the Prime Minister's, mirroring the same uncertainty that clouded his thoughts.
Together, they shared a sense of anticipation and concern for the outcome of the conflict unfolding in the New World, their minds entwined in the intricacies of war and the fate of those embroiled in its merciless grasp.
