"Daena, where are we go-?" Aemond struggled to keep up with her as she dragged him out to the shores. She cut him off when they were away from prying eyes and she kissed him fiercely. He was taken back initially by the gesture, seeing as how she hadn't said a word since their coronation just now.

He slid one of his hands into her hair when he felt her togngue meet his while his other hand roughly grabbed at her hip, pulling her closer to his body. Their kiss was urgent as their hands roamed each other's bodies.

This was it. This was more than anything they could've hoped for. This was everything they dreamed of as chidlren.

The clinking of armor was the only thing that broke them apart. The two of them saw the Cargyll twins and Ser Loreth approaching them silently.

"Is my mother requesting me?" Daena tightened her lips in annoyance at the knights.

"No, my queen. We are your sworn protectors. We are to follow you and his majesty at all times." Ser Loreth answered proudly and it was like it didn't even occur to the two of them what would follow after. They swapped a mischievous look and Silverwing landed immediately just down the way.

"You are all dismissed. The king and I will be flying until the feast." Daena grinned.

"Yes, Your Grace." They all bowed their heads as the two took off towards Silverwing, laughing hand in hand. The two climbed up with Aemond behind Daena, with his hands firmly gripping down onto her thighs, avoiding the wound at her side.

As high as you can go, sweet girl.

Silverwing flapped her wings as Daena gripped onto the reins tightly with Aemond already kissing along her neck. The shredragon took to the skies, which shook him slightly but he only clenched tighter, burying his face in her neck as she harshly moaned.

When they reached as far as they could, beyond the clouds, eyes and ears of their realm, Silverwing leveled and Daena swiftly spun around to face her husband with a playful smile. "I made a deal with my mother about you, and you're about to hold up your end."

"Oh? And what might that be..." He slid his hands into her hair, leaning in to whisper into her ear. "...my queen?"

His lips captured her earlobe, causing her eyes to shut as she bit her lip to stifle her moan. But to his surprise, she pushed him back and straightened up with a slight wince. "You...need lessons for your dragon. If we're to rule, I'm going to teach you to lead."

He narrowed his eye at her, but then noticed a little twinkle in her eye. He toyed with a stray curl, slowly leaning in towards her face once more. "And what exactly do these lessons entail, my love?"

"Call for her." She whispered and he scrunched his face with confusion. "Have Vhagar come to you right now."

"I don't...usually the dragon keepers..." Aemond trailed off when he saw how baffled she was.

"What about all those times when we went to that island?"

"Our lessons ended whenever I saw her nearing. I usually take that as a sign she's tired." He shrugged.

"That's why it took hours?!" She scoffed and he just simply grinned.

"I wasn't complaining...except for when you'd step on me." He placed a soft kiss against her forehead then sighed. "I didn't have anyone to teach me how to bond with her. Most of them had assumed since I claimed her and had gone to all those lessons with your brothers that I was fine. None of my siblings were much help really."

"What about your father?"

"Daena, he flew Baelerion one time and then the damn thing died." He rolled his eyes.
