Patricks POV

"You okay?" I asked as I sat Rose down on the couch.

It's been a few weeks since shes been in the hospital and things are a little bit crazy. I have been living with her while she's on crutches to make sure she isn't hurt.

But being together all the time may not be a good thing.

"Yes, thank you," She smiled giving me a sweet kiss on the lips.

I grabbed her face cherishing every second I had with her like this.

I am so in love with this girl.

"I love you," I said smiling.

"I love you more," She said smiling.

"I have to get ready for the hockey game tonight against Tampa, you gonna watch?" I asked smiling.

"Wouldn't miss it for the world," She said grabbing the remote.

"I'll be back later tonight okay?" I asked grabbing my keys heading for the door.

"Okay," She said smiling as I left.

"Hey dude," Jonny said as I walked into the locker room.

"Hey bro," I said running my hands through my hair.

"Hows Rose?" He asked grabbing his skates and tying then on his feet.

"She's doing good. Getting around better," I said starting to tie on my own skates.

"That's good. You guys need each other. You really do. She would be lost without you and you would most definitely be lost without her," He said smiling but then sadly looking away.

"Something wrong dude?" I asked worried.

"Yeah, I'm alright. It's just I'm not gonna be young forever ya know? I want to find the love of my life sometime soon," He said running a hand through his hair.

"When the time is right the perfect girl will come around. I just know it," I said smiling at him before grabbing my stick and heading towards the exit.

"I hope it's soon," He mumbled as he followed me.

"Woohoo!" We all screamed as we walked back into the locker room.
