As Juan , Malik, and Roscoe entered the office, all eyes were on them. The room was filled with Sincere's group and Sosa's crew, with Rico and BJ seated on a sofa, and Santos standing nearby. Pedro, always close to Sosa, stood by his side. Sosa sat confidently in a chair, embodying his role as a leader, with a cigar in his mouth and his feet casually resting on top of his desk. With a tap of his cigar on the ashtray, Sosa handed it to Pedro and rose from his seat, removing his feet from the desk. A warm, big smile spread across his face as he stepped forward to welcome them. "Welcome home." With arms wide open, Sosa gestured to showcase his office before warmly shaking Juan's hand. Juan reciprocated the smile, glad to see Sosa back in business after spending a few days in Detroit. "Glad to see the man is back." As Juan shared the same energy, Sosa shook hands with Roscoe and Malik, welcoming them into the office. Meanwhile, Juan continued further inside, exchanging greetings with Sincere and giving dap to Santos, BJ, and Rico. Taking a seat next to them, he settled in, following the lead of others who did the same. The atmosphere was filled with camaraderie and a sense of unity.

"I love to see it. All my crew and people in one room, ready to talk business." Sosa expressed his satisfaction in a pleased tone before making his way back to his chair. Despite being in his late 40s and showing signs of aging in his walk and tone, his face could easily pass for a man in his early 30s. His appearance seemed to defy the passage of time, but his experience and wisdom were evident in the way he carried himself. "Where the fuck you been, man? You know, I miss having you in locked business with me." In a low tone, Santos playfully teased Juan, making sure only their crew could hear. Juan grinned in response, acknowledging that he missed the game, but he was currently focused on a new deal that demanded his attention. Although he didn't entirely agree with the decision, his plan was to discuss his side hustle ambitions with Sosa. He wanted to bring up the topic and seek his mentor's guidance and support.

"This whole deal got me tight, B. I'm tryna figure out some shit to pinch in and get back to my roots." In hushed tones, Juan expressed his thoughts to Santos, who nodded in understanding. Santos was genuinely happy for Juan and recognized that Sosa saw him as the ideal fit for this particular deal. However, he hoped that the opportunity wouldn't solely be a mission deal, but rather a stepping stone towards helping Juan achieve his true aspirations in the industry. Santos wanted Juan to have the chance to pursue what he genuinely desired and hoped that this venture would lead him closer to his dreams. "Let's get straight ahead to the point, time is money, and I hate having my time wasted." Sosa's commanding voice drew everyone's attention as he settled back into his seat, with Pedro handing him back his cigar. It was a curious sight to see how Pedro seemed almost like his butler, fulfilling his requests with a sense of familiarity and ease.
