Willow stood at her job's cash register taking people's orders when her regulars walked up. "Hey! If it isn't my favorite kids!" she smiled seeing the two young kids.

A young girl and boy happily leaned on the counter with smiles. "We're not kids! We're like.. 11 already." the boy protested. The girl nodding in agreement when she looked to Willow.

She put her hands up in defense and laughed. "Fair.. What can i get you two?" she asked, signing in ASL for the young girl.

"Well i want a large hot chocolate with lots, and i mean lots, of whip cream." the boy smiled. Willow tapped in his order and looked to the girl.

'Me too. And a cookie' she signed.

'You don't want your usual?' Willow asked. The girl only shook her head no and pulled out her money. "Alright.. Total is 10.50. Discount for my kids of course." she teased.

The boy rolled his eyes while placing their combined money on the table. 'She keeps calling us her kids. Annoying.' he signed to his friend. She smiled in response before dragging him away.

Willow couldn't hold back her smile. The two reminded her of when her and Blaine were younger. Or even when she forced Finn to be her friend.

"You gave them a discount? Again?" her coworker, Oliver, asked leaning over her shoulder. She only nodded while elbowing him in his chest. "Ow!" he cried out.

"I told you to stop hovering, didn't i?" she reminded. She looked over to him giving her a thumbs up as he rubbed his chest and going to make the new orders. "Besides, i give them discounts all the time. They're kids."

"Annoying kids.." he mumbled handing her the first drink.

"What? No they aren't! They're angels." she said.

Oliver only hummed in response giving her the last of her order. He placed it next to the other drink and looked over to where the two kids sat. "Really? Then why are they bothering that guy? Pretty annoying.."

She looked over to their table they always sat at and noticed a new face. Not entirely new. "Fuck-"

She quickly grabbed the kids order and rushed to the table. "No way! You really think Ironman is better than Spider-Man? How?" she heard the boy ask.

"Drinks and a cookie!" Willow said happily. The boy and girl looked at their orders and a smile grew. The girl gestured a thank you to which Willow quickly sent a response. "Sam.. What are you doing here?"

The boy smiled up to the girl not getting the hint to get up from his seat. "I came to check on you and then this kid dragged me into a conversation about Marvel." he smiled as he ruffled the boys hair.

"He thinks Ironman is better." the boy said and signed. To which his friend nodded and signed 'He's dead wrong.'

Willow plastered a smile while grabbing Sam's arm. "Can we talk? I'm going on a quick break!" she shouted to her coworkers. "Emergency." she said lastly before dragging Sam outside.

"Wil- Willow, what's up?" he said in a laugh as she let go of his arm. She looked around quickly to which he only grabbed her hand to make her look at him. "Willow, what's up? I only came to see if you were okay after your birthday.. You haven't called back."
