Alam ko naman sinabi kong ititigil ko na feelings ko para kay Zamiro pero sinong niloloko ko? His hotness is too impossible to ignore. I don't care if I'm only infatuated with him because I find him so attractive. And I think I found my new hobby.

"Anong oras uwi mo?" tanong ko bago pa siya makaalis. He turned to me with a poker face.

"Nine, Miss," sagot niya.

"Nine? That's so late. Hindi ba six ang usually out ng mga construction workers?" I know that dahil ilang beses na ako noon nagpabalik balik sa past projects ni Daddy.

"Kung ang tinutukoy mo ay oras ng out ko bilang construction worker, yes, six ang out ko. After nito, I'll go to your Dad's office to do some paperwork. Kaya naman nine pa ang uwi ko."

I gave him a nod. Kunyari ay hindi interesado sa kaniyang sinabi. Then I walked out first and headed to Dad's office. I immediately took my phone out and started typing.

Halos ilang araw din ako nagpabalik balik sa site nina Daddy. Hindi naman palagi dahil hindi naman palagi ako inuutusan ni Mommy na maghatid. Because Daddy is not always on the site. He attends a meeting most of the time in Makati since he's also part of the board of directors. And last week, pumunta rin siya ng Singapore dahil din sa trabaho.

Habang si Mommy ay mas naging busy sa mga kasong hawak niya. Pero kagaya pa rin noon, palaging nananalo si Lily Alegre sa mga kasong hawak niya. My mother was a criminal lawyer before she quit at maging isang civil rights lawyer na lang. Alam ko ay iyon din ang kinukuha ni Rafaela ngayon.

"Aalis ka na naman?" minsang puna ni Rafaela dahil sa naging madalas ang paglabas ko.

I sighed because I don't want to talk to her.

"Hayaan mo na 'yang kapatid mo, Rafaela. Mag-aaksaya ka lang ng panahon diyan," Mommy said nonchalantly.

"I told you, Mom, she needs a tutor. She should spend her vacation to review for the upcoming school year!" aniya kay Mommy bago bumaling sa akin.

"We already did that but it was no avail. It's not a good investment. Anyway, don't worry about her. You should focus on the case I'm handling right now. I wanna hear your opinion about it, hija."

Gusto pa sana magsalita ni Rafaela pero bumuntong hininga na lang siya at tumango. I gritted my teeth and left them. Dahil puro sama ng loob ang natatamo ko kapag nandito sa bahay.

"Ano na naman ang ginawa mo rito? Your Dad is not here," salubong na kilay agad ni Zamiro pagpasok ko palang ng building.

I pouted because I didn't expect him to welcome me on the first floor. Then I cleared my throat as I prepared my excuse.

"N-Napadaan lang. I was in Starbucks malapit dito and I got bored so... I tried to pay a visit here," sagot ko habang hawak ang frapped sa kamay ko.

He eyed it before he glared at me. Napalunok pa ako ulit dahil doon.

"May I remind you, Miss, that this is not a park. If you're bored, go to the mall or something," baritong aniya.

"I know. Pero kasi, hindi ko maaya mga kaibigan ko. They are all busy in their summer jobs," I exhaled.

Ilang beses ko na inaya sina Primo, Kaja, at Cash na lumabas pero dahil mga busy sa trabaho, wala talaga sila time. Even their rest days ay hindi magtugma. Kaya naman medyo nababagot na ako ngayong bakasyon. Paulit ulit na lang ang routine.
