The Third

"What? An expert racer in Latona mountain?" Mark asked, mouth full of bagels. "Yeah, Michael told Jin to go find him and gain experience." One of his goons replied. "Then, maybe you could go find him and ask him to teach you all of his secrets." Another suggested. "You want me to beg someone to teach me?! But, it would be nice to know a skilled raced." Mark chuckled to himself, after pushing the goon who suggested the idea to the ground. 

"Jin! Wait a minute! Jin!" Laura yelled. "It's ok, you don't have to come with us, Laura!" Jin hollered back. "But I want to meet the expert racer!" She panted, carrying a large bag of food. "Why are you bringing this much food? We're not going on a picnic." Jin stated, hands on his hip, while Draka sniffed the food.  "No, Draka. This food is for all of us to share." Laura glared at the red lizard.

 "Wait for me! Can't we slow down?" Sir Jokes tried to catch his breath, appearing out of the bushes with Sena and the masked trio behind him. "Laura, I can carry your bag if it's too heavy." Seven ran up to Laura, offering her a hand. "Thanks, Seven." She handed him the large bag, which the masked 'boy' carried it with ease. "Do you really think Kite would be in a place like this?" Sena asked, looking around. "Possibly." Twilight shrugged, and continued climbing.

 "You you want to stop for a break?" Jin asked, turning around. "No need, we'll be fine." Sena said as she stepped on a snake, shrieking and falling backwards. "Sena!" Nightmare yelled, following where the princess had fallen. "Angel, come on!" Twilight, or Romi, yelled following Nightmare's lead as Seven and Jin did the same. "Roselio, catch up to Sena!" Seven commanded, as her monster ran in front of everyone, being one of the fastest. 

Jin went impossibly faster, catching Sena, where as Roselio came to a stop when they did the same. "Are you ok?"Jin asked. "I'm ok, thank you Jin. You too, Roselio." Sena nodded smiling, when the rock they stood on broke. Sena and Jin were caught by a tongue, while Roselio used one of his roses as a grappling hook. While the one who saved them took off running with Jin's monsword, Sena and Jin fell over in shock of the baby snake. 

As Jin went off to get his monsword, the others went to check on Sena. "Are you alright Sena?" Nightmare asked, helping dust off the platinum blonde's dress. "I'm fine now." She replied, looking over herself for scratches. "Good work, Roselio." She nodded at her monster. They all looked over the cliff, to see Jin, and at the same time, Laura's lunch fell. 

The 'thief' who stole Jin's monsword saved Laura's lunch. "Nothing's more precious than food!" As he said that, Snowy caught the monsword, handing it to Nightmare, who handed it to Jin without a problem. The boy pointed out the way to the expert ranked racer's house, and left. "Thank you, see you soon!" Jin waved at the person who had already dashed off with his monster. "You should have asked for his name, but I guess its too late for that." Twilight shrugged. 

They all continued to walk without problem, and soon the seven along with their monsters arrived at a house. "Is this where the expert racer lives?" Sena questioned, looking around the area. "Don't you think it's a little run down?" Laura commented, seeing the looks of the place. "Princess, This may be our chance to meet Sir Kite." Sir Jokes whispered to the girl as she smiled. "Is anybody home?" Hello?!" Jin yelled out.

 "Hmm, maybe he's not home at the moment. Sir Jokes opened the door, at the same time getting hit by a log, screaming. "Sir Jokes!" Sena called, surprised. "Traps, most likely for thieves." Nightmare muttered. "There's no one home. He's out." Jin looked around. I don't think we should go any further, there may be other traps in the house." Laura said thoughtfully.

 "Agreed, Laura." Twilight nodded. "Just when I thought we'd finally be able to meet Sir Kite." Sir Jokes sobbed, disappointed, who had a bruise on his head.
