The Fifth

Kuby was walking along the streets of Latona Town, when he entered a the monkart shop owned by Mr. Jesse. "Jin! I brought some tasty looking crab I just got myself!" The boy marched in happily with his monster, to see that Mr. Jesse was giving Zero a check-up with everyone watching. "Is he okay?" Laura asked, clearly concerned, as her father didn't reply, just frowned. "What's going on?" Kuby asked, placing the net with the ginormous live crab down on the table. "There's something wrong with Zero." Jin answered, looking up at his friend. 

"Is he sick with the flu?" He asked, now looking concerned as well. "You see, he suddenly turned aggressive yesterday, as if he meant to hurt Buggy." Laura explained. "I thought what Zero wanted was to be strong, so what's the problem here?" He asked, brows raising. "It's not as simple as that, his attacks were all over the place, and he didn't care about the race, he wasn't listening to Kay at all." Jin replied. "And, he was completely out of control." Nightmare chimed in, her arms crossed.

 "That's a kind of thing even Moncha could do! Now, show them, Moncha!" Kuby commanded, with a huge grin on his face as the said monster took out a frying pan, scratching it with his nails. Due to the horrific sound, everyone covered their ears the best they could. "What is that?" Laura groaned. "Make it stop!" Jin pleaded. "Did I get too carried away?" Kuby asked, scratching the back of his neck. 

"You surely did, Kuby." Twilight glared at him slightly. "There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with Zero." Mr. Jesse concluded. "You're okay, Zero." Kay sighed, very relieved. "I wonder what made him act like that." Laura pondered. "It's probably the work of Auobyss, the sorcerer." Sir Jock accused.

 "Auobyss who?" Jin asked. "Auobyss is an evil sorcerer trying to bring every monster out there under his control!" The old man explained. "Then I guess he could take over the world soon!" Laura laughed, not believing a word the wizard said. "He isn't kidding Laura. I've seen his power before it got to Zero, I don't know how, why or when, but I'm sure I've seen it." Seven said, glancing at Laura. While she spoke, Draka was poking the crab when it latched onto him, as he screeched in terror running around the table with Zero being carried by Kay, fearing that his monster may get hurt again.

 Draka began breathing fire at the crab in all directions, as everyone hid under the tables. "Jin, you have to do something!" Twilight exclaimed, as Jin panicked. "What do I do?!" He complained. "I don't know, tell him to stop or something!" She growled, as Angel was cuddled up in her arms. "Yeah Jin, if you don't stop him now, I'm pretty sure he'll burn the whole story down!" Laura panicked.

"Draka!" Jin yelled as his monster kept running around, out of his reach. 

OUT ON THE STREETS

All of the men were staring at Isabelle, shocked by her beauty, in such a daze that some accidents happen. "Is she a movie star?" A bald guard asked. "Oh wait, she's coming over here." The semi-bald guard gasped. "You, you there, have you seen a man with grey hair and a young girl who came to town recently?" She asked. "Maybe I have." He said, attempting to flirt.

 "If you need some help, we could accompany you." The bald guard suggested. "I will gladly accept." Isabelle smirked. 

WITH MARK AND HIS GANG...

"It doesn't make any sense! I'm the best racer in all of Latona Town, the Mighty Mark!" Mark complained. "It might be because you're always complaining that Kay and Jin beat you." One of his gang members explained. "Are you sure of what you just said?" Mark snapped. "Uhm no, that's not your fault!" One of three of his goons said. "Yeah, it's Buggy's fault he's not good enough for you!" The other defended.
