The Sixth

"Your father was an amazing racer, who dazzled and inspired the hearts of those who watched his races. He was a beloved racer, his name was Kite. One day, Destro challenged Kite to a race. He used his monster to lure him to the circuit, and when he arrived, it blew all up. Kite must have foreseen for something like this, for he left his son. Listen to me Jin, you are his son, Kite, the Legendary Knight, was your father." Mr. Jesse explained. "So I'm Kite's son?" Jin asked. "If so, why did you keep it from me all this time, tell me, why?!" Jin demanded, wanting to know the reason he was never told about his heritage, his family, his father. "Your father didn't want you to know. He wanted you to choose your own path." The blond man stated. "Those were my father's last words." Jin's lips quivered, as he began running off. "I have to go find the princess, I must!" He yelled. Kuby began to follow as well, running off. 

TIME SKIP...

"Did you find her?" Jin asked, running up to Kuby. "Bad news! Mark and his gang are looking for the princess!" Laura exclaimed. "We have to find them quickly!" Kuby said, panic clear in his voice. "Have you checked the train station yet? They did say they were planning on leaving town tonight." Laura suggested. "No, not yet." Kuby replied. 

"Come on then, let's hurry up and go!" Jin began sprinting off. The other two went after their friend, to see Sena, her bodyguards, and Sir Jock surrounded by the towns people. "You're only here to hide from the guards!" Mark accused. "That's not true, we haven't done anything wrong!" Sena exclaimed. "A knight will never ignore those in need, no matter what." Jin growled.

 "You'll never be able to become a knight, you only started monkart not too long ago!" Mark snapped back. "Even if, I will never back down, I will become the best monkart knight in the world!" Jin raised his sword. Kuby sniffed the air. "There's no mistaking it, this is the perfume that Isabelle wore!" As Kuby said that, a light gleamed from Sena's amulet, as radiant white bird-like creature appeared. "No way, that's the guardian of the kingdom, Ruth!" One of Mark's gang members gasped. "Your highness!" They all bowed down before the young girl. "The train is leaving, hurry!" Jin exclaimed, running onto the train.

 "You've gotten away, let's see how long you hold out." Isabelle growled, as the train was on its way. They were all on the train, with another figure in the same cart as them. "Damn I'm tired." Twilight sighed, sitting down. "Get some rest, Roselio. It's well deserved." Seven smiled, as her monster dozed off. The young man who was on the train glanced at Sena, eyes widening. He surely recognized the girl, as Princess Sena Fourseasons. He then turned his gaze to the red head's sword, eyes getting impossibly wider.

 It was dragon's head, the sword that had belonged to Sir Kite, the legendary knight. "You've helped us two times by now." Sena smiled with gratitude. "Oh, it's the third time, thank you very very much." Sir Jock's eyes were filled with worry as he stared at Jin. "Are you sure you want to come with us on the same train?" He asked, concern laced in his voice. "Yes, yes, I'm pretty sure. I'm going to train hard and become a great knight just like my father." The boy answered eagerly. 

"You're saying you're father was Sir Kite?" Nightmare asked, arms crossed. "Mhm, they say he was Kite, the legendary knight." He informed them, as all of them gasped in shock. "Unbelievable. If this were like the first time we met, I would have accused you of lying, but now knowing we can trust you, I believe your word." Twilight bowed her head in respect to Jin. "So don't worry, I'll always be here for you! I, Jin Hayst, will become a Monkart Knight and take down Destro, to save Carmon Kingdom!" He promised. "Then you'll have to increase your ranking first, don't you think?" Sir Jock asked, arms crossed. "I will, and I want you three to help me train! I've never seen any of you on the circuit, so I want to test your power!" He requested of the three bodyguards assigned to protect the princess.
