"Alright, guys. Let's drop the foundation right about... here," Hiccup says as Toothless and Meatlug drop the large stone they're carrying between them.
The others do the same with only the twins and Barf and Belch missing.
"That should work," Hiccup says. "Perfect location."
Fishlegs nods happily as he looks at the stones. "I, for one, couldn't be happier that we're finally-"
"Setting up the new watchtower," Snotlout interrupts, more than done with him already. "We know. We've been hearing about it for the past, oh, I don't know. Week. Month." He pauses. "What comes next?"
Ragnar rolls his eyes. "Year, Snotlout. Year comes next."
"I don't think it's been that long," he says obliviously.
Hiccup smiles a little at the look on Ragnar's face. "Guys, look, this is important. We've been seeing ships off the northern coast that have absolutely no reason to be there. Now with this, we can send up an early warning signal if they come into our waters."
"If you're talking about Dagur and Ryker, and that's who I assume we're talking about," Snotlout tells him.
"Actually, I wasn't referring to-"
"How about this?" Snotlout goes on, obviously not really caring about the details. "Whoever's out there- that shouldn't be out there- let's just get on these very effective fire-breathing war machines and go out and blast them into oblivion."
Ragnar raises his eyebrows at the almost hopeful way he suggests it. "I think I'm gonna have to object on principle," he says dryly. "As the resident healer."
Snotlout scoffs. "Please. I've seen you swing that axe, Ragnar."
He frowns at him, defensively turning so he can't see the axe sheathed on his back anymore.
"That's not who we are," Hiccup reminds him. "Since when do we go blasting people into oblivion?"
"Don't worry, Hookster," Snotlout says, rubbing the Nightmare's horn with a smirk. "He doesn't speak for us."
"Woohoo!"
They all turn at the sudden shout to see Ruffnut and Tuffnut sliding down the snowy mountain on Barf and Belch.
"Or them," Snotlout adds. "Definitely not for them."
They watch as the twins make their way down the mountain. They're cheering the entire time as Barf and Belch cause random explosions.
"Those two muttonheads better not bring all that snow up there down on us," Astrid says with a scowl.
"You're worried about snow?" Ragnar asks incredulously, noticing the way Hiccup is the only one who seems to understand.
Fishlegs gives them a curious look. "Yes," he says slowly. "Why? What are you worried about?"
A loud crack from the mountain rings through the air.
"The ice!" Hiccup exclaims.
They all take off as soon as they see the avalanche following behind the twins. Their timing is perfect as a certain Hideous Zippleback stumbles and goes rolling down the mountain, leaving the twins behind and stuck in the snow.
Meatlug and Stormfly pull the twins free while Barf and Belch keep going.
Luckily, Toothless is fast enough to grab the Hideous Zippleback just as they go over the cliff's edge. The snow and ice from the mountain crashed into the water below while Toothless flies them back to the others.
