The night was quiet. The moon was out and it was a night with a full moon. Skye and Chase were sleeping peacefully not noticing someone is missing. Skye dreamed about her playing with Snowball and Chase in the backyard passing the ball to each other. "I love you two." Skye said. The boys smiled and responded with: "We too." Followed by a huge hug between the three. In the meantime Chase was dreaming about him and Skye in the woods collecting flowers. "Glad we came out here. It's a super nice day." Chase said. "It sure is." Skye replied. They spent some time collecting a vast amount of flowers when they heard a noise from the trees. Skye hid behind Chase who was putting on a defensive stance. The next thing they seen was Snowball flying out of the woods deadly injured and almost ripped into pieces. The shocking sight was followed by the roar of a bear who rushed out from behind the trees and directly at them too fast for any of the two to dodge and run away. They screamed in terror as the bear launched at them.

A howling broke the silence which woke up the couple and the other pups. Chase was breathing heavily after the nightmare and Skye noticed that right away. "What's wrong Chase?" She asked nuzzling him. "Just a nightmare. Let's not go close to the forest until they hunt down that bear okay?" He said calming down a little. "I agree. But what is that howling? And where is Snowball?" She asked then opened the door and walked out followed by Chase. Zuma and Rocky were already outside and Rubble came out right after the the shepherd and his mate. "What's going on here? I try to sleep here!" Rubble walked up to the group trying to fully wake up. "It's Skye's child. He is howling over there." Rocky said pointing at the little wolf sitting at the cliff howling at the moon. "Let me talk with him." Skye said. She walked up to the little wolf and put a paw on his back. This scared him but when he saw his adoptive mother he calmed down. "Sweetheart come back inside. You are waking up everyone." The little wolf looked at her strangely. "You don't understand what I'm saying don't you?" She asked and turned to Chase. "I'll go get Marshall." Chase said. "No need for it." Marshall was slowly walked into the scene. He started speaking wolf with Snowball and explained to him why he shouldn't do what he is doing. They went back and forth for a while and it ended in Snowball standing up and walking to the group with Skye behind him. "Surry." Skye gave him a huge hug and sent him back to bed. "What where you two talking about?" Zuma asked. "He said this was the last thing his parents taught him before...You know..." the Dalmatian said. Everyone felt bad for him but they knew this was something they couldn't let him do. Ryder walked out the building in pajamas. "Pups what was that howling?" The boy asked. "Snowball. He did what his parents taught him." Skye replied looking up to the moon. Ryder did the same and said: "I get it." Sitting down on the grass. The pups did the same except for Marshall who laid down on the ground to ease the pressure on his back. "I hope my back will be better soon." Marshall sighed. "It's okay dude. You just have to take it easy. Katie said you will recover in no time." Zuma said putting a paw on his shoulder. "It's been a while since we've spent time together just talking." Rubble said. "Indeed." Rocky confirmed. "Skye. Chase. I want to ask you to teach Snowball to behave. We don't want the town to be kept awake because of him." Ryder asked them. "We will." Chase said. Marshall started yawning and Ryder decided to send everyone back to sleep. Skye and Chase laid down with Snowball between them hugging him. "First problem's already?" Chase whispered to Skye. "He is young Chase. He needs teaching, love and discipline." Chase smiled and leaned over her for a kiss then they both fell asleep.

The sun had rose up and so did Chase and by extension Skye and Snowball. The trio took a walk around the lookout waking the others up. Ryder was up already and listened to some music while doing his morning routine. He was brushing his teeth when the music cut off because of a call. When he looked at it he saw that Jake was calling. "What's up Jack?" Ryder asked. "Sorry for bothering you dude. I just wanted to apologize for Everest's behavior yesterday." Jake said. "It's okay Jake." Ryder assured him that everything is fine. "I'm happy you didn't get mad but I sent her down to apologize in person. You know. I saw that Skye took that personally." The young adult said. "She really did. Well she is welcome to come here anytime." Ryder replied. "Cool dude because I wanted to ask for a favor." Jake said. "Go ahead." Ryder said. "You see. I'll have to move out the country for a few months. Family business and I can't bring Everest with me. Can you please take care of her?" Jake asked. "When will you move out exactly?" The boy asked. "Two weeks from now. She would move to you the day I go." Jake explained. "Sure. She can stay. I believe she might start liking Snowball." Ryder said looking out of the window to see the pups doing their yoga session. "I'm not 100% sure about that Ryder. You see she has bad history with Wolves..." Jake stated explaining.

Outside the pups finished the Yoga session while Marshall and Snowball continued their work. At the end of the session the group walked up to the duo. "Do you mind if we listen in to the lesson?" Skye asked her friend. "Not at all but you won't understand almost nothing." Marshall warned her. "No problem." She smiled and everyone laid down to listen. Marshall was speaking wolf with Snowball and at the end of his sentence he said the only thing everybody understood: "Do you wanna play with me?" Snowball repeated the  sentence: "Do you wanna play with me?" Skye was melting away hearing him speak. She found it adorable. The lesson was cut short when the sound of engines coming closer could be heard. Every single pup turned toward the noise and saw that Everest arrived. "Everest!" The boys called out. "Hello pups what are you doing?" She asked happily. "We were listening in the English lesson Marshall is giving to Snowball." Rubble responded. Everest looked at the little wolf and then at Skye an Chase. She sighed then approached them. "Look guys I'm sorry for my actions yesterday. I have a complicated history with wolves and...I just want you all to be safe." She apologized. "What history? You keep saying that but never elaborate on it." Skye pressed her. "I don't want to talk about it." She said beginning to cry. Skye backed away at the sight of her best friend crying. "Hey now. It's okay. Sorry if I made bad memories surface." Skye apologized hugging her. Snowball stood up and walked up to her. Skye let go of her and her place was taken by the little wolf hugging Everest instead. She hugged him back. "Maybe I misjudged you." She said. The two let go after a few moments. "Did I tell you guys that I'm moving in?" Everest let out. "Really?" Marshall asked excitedly jumping up onto his feet but laying down immediately grunting because of the pain. "Easy there Marshall. I'm excited as well." She said walking up to him licking his nose. "I love you." Marshall let out. "This was what I wanted to talk with you about when you. I love you too." She said hugging him. "We really should step up our game Rocky." Zuma whispered to his best friend. "We should." He whispered back.
