It's better for Kirishima and Bakugo to deal with Mina sooner than later, so, they figured they'd deal with her now, especially since she's going to be staying in town during her spring break. Kirishima taps at his wheel nervously, as he pulls up to the school where he agreed to meet her.
He can't believe it, how a girl he once loved, a kind, caring, and outgoing girl could turn into this..a monster who he hates. Especially with what she's done to you, all because she's jealous. He has to deal with her, but does he have the heart in him to do it?
"Are you coming with?" Kirishima asks Bakugo after he parks. "I'll follow after. It doesn't matter. what time I get there. She only cares about you being there. She's your ex, after all."
Kirishima winces inwardly at that. He knows that this is his fault. If he only just communicated and handled the situation better, maybe things wouldn't be so bad. But still, Bakugo didn't have to say it like that.
He sighs, unbuckling his seatbelt. "Alright. I'll let you know when."
With that, he exits the car and walks over to the old playground. It used to be his spot with Mina. Their safe space where they would spend time together. It's a shame all those nice memories are now bitter.
He finds Mina sitting on a swing set. She smiles over at him..but he's known her long enough to know that it's not a real smile. There's malice behind it.
"Hey Eiji, it's been a while, hasn't it?" She asks, her tone dripping with cinnamon and cyanide. "Yeah, it has. I've been meaning to talk to you for a while, I just haven't had the time."
"Yeah right." She snorts. "I'm the last person you want to talk to right now and you know it. The only reason why I'm here is because you're feeling threatened by me."
Kirishima sighs, gritting his teeth in frustration. "Why can't we just have a civil conversation?"
"You know why. Have you killed anyone yet for her?" She replies. Kirishima's burrows frow, his expression darkening. "Stop."
"I know your deepest, darkest, secrets, Eiji. I know you. I still kept them and accepted them. I accepted you. You told me we'd be together forever...you liar. You're lucky I haven't gone to the police." She hisses.
"Don't play innocent, Mina. You told people about (y/n)'s stepbrother. You started that rumor about her sleeping with him. You've been talking shit about her the moment you met her. You're jealous and vindictive, and crazy." He shoots back.
He takes a step closer to her, making her jump and pull something out. A gun. "Don't you get any closer, you prick. Sure, I might hate the bitch, but I'm not crazy. In the end, I'm saving her from you, and she'll be safe the moment you're dead."
She clicks off the safety, pointing it at him. Just as she's about to shoot, Bakugo tackles her to the ground, making her drop the gun. He overpowers her with ease, forcing the gun into her hand, and making her shoot herself.
"That's what you get for fucking with my girl and my friend." Bakugo seethes at her now lifeless body.
Kirishima stares at him, shocked by what just happened. He's feeling a mix of emotions, watching as Bakugo pulls away from her, panting softly and letting her arm go. After a few minutes, he speaks. "Thanks."

Panting softly, you dribble through the cones, making a pass to one of your teammates. She passes it back, and you shoot, hitting it into the high left corner, scoring.
Lately, things on the team have been getting better. The coach respects you and has you start every game, and so do most of your teammates, except Mina's friends of course. Still, you somewhat feel like a part of the team.
Halfway through practice, you're scrimmaging, trying to defend one of the girls on the opposing team. She turns left, but as you pivot left to go with her, your leg doesn't go with you.
What happens next happens fast. Your leg dislocates then relocates, and there's a loud crack. You fall to the ground, grabbing your leg, lying on the ground. It all hurts, and then all of a sudden, it doesn't.
But you notice that you can't put pressure on it, and when you do, it hurts. Two girls help you walk off the field. The injury isn't too bad to the point that you have to go to the hospital, but you still think you should get it checked out. You've never felt anything like it.
Once practice is over, your brother drives you to the Emergency room. (It took some convincing to get him to drive you, but once you told him it was an emergency, he was there in ten minutes.)
The next thing you know, you're sitting in the waiting room with your brother, going on your phone.
You: U guys free? I rlly need to talk
You: Some crazy shit just happened
You wait a little while for them to respond, checking your social media in the meantime. Ten minutes pass, then twenty. Normally they would text you back by now, or if they couldn't, they would let you know what they were doing. Usually, they were either practicing or studying or something.
"You waiting for your boyfriends to text you?" Naoki teases, noticing you glancing at your phone and checking for notifications every couple of minutes.
"No, shut the fuck up. They're not my boyfriends." You hiss, rolling your eyes at him.
"Yeah, whatever." He grins, leaning back in his seat. You sigh. "God, this is taking so long."
"Well, it's the ER, so it's not surprising." Naoki shrugs. "Next time don't break your leg."
"I didn't break my leg. It's probably just a sprained knee or something. And yeah, my bad. I'll just go back in time and prevent my leg from dislocating." You remark.
"Jeez, someone's grumpy." He teases.
"I'm not grumpy, you're just an asshole." You shoot back.
"Uh-huh, whatever you say." The two of you bicker for a little while longer, before you get bored again, and get moved to a check-up room to wait for the doctor.
While you wait, you and him watch compilations of people caught streaking during sports events, since it showed up on your YouTube page, and you could use the entertainment. You and your brother laugh at each other while you watch the videos.
"By the way, don't actually date Kirishima and Bakugou. They're not good enough for you."
You hate it when he gets like this. All overprotective over nothing. It's really annoying. But you know that there's only one way out of it without argument.
"Okay." You shrug. "I never said I wanted to date them in the first place."
"You didn't have to say anything. I know you, sis. And I know what's best." He says as if you're not a legal adult yourself.
"I know you do."
