Chapter 35: Lost their control!🥵

Jennie and Taehyung settled into the car, the engine purring softly as they embarked on their evening journey. The atmosphere inside the vehicle was tense, the weight of silence hanging heavily between them. Taehyung couldn't help but notice the change in Jennie's mood. He glanced at her and finally broke the silence, concerned about her sudden withdrawal.

"What's wrong? Why are you not talking?" Taehyung inquired gently, wanting to understand what was bothering her.

Jennie's eyes met his for a moment, her expression still a bit stern. "What took you so long? What were you talking about with Suzy?" she questioned firmly, her frustration evident in her tone.

"Clearing some things, calm down," Taehyung replied, hoping to reassure her. He understood why she might be upset, but he also wanted her to know that there was nothing to worry about.

"How can I calm down when that girl was talking shit?" Jennie retorted, her emotions bubbling at the surface.

Taehyung sighed, realizing that Jennie needed some extra reassurance. "Okay, but calm down, everything is fine now," he said, reaching out to hold her hand for comfort.

Jennie took a deep breath and managed a small smile. She gazed out of the window and noticed the enchanting moonlight casting a soft glow over the landscape. It seemed to have a calming effect on her. "Stop the car," she suddenly requested.

Taehyung was taken aback but complied, pulling over to the side of the road. "Why?" he asked, curious about her sudden request.

"Just stop the car," Jennie insisted, determination in her voice. They both stepped out of the car, the night air greeting them with a gentle breeze.

"What's going on?" Taehyung asked, still uncertain about Jennie's intentions.

"Take my picture. I'm looking so hot today, and I need to update my fans," Jennie declared playfully, her previous anger has been forgotten.

Taehyung laughed, amused by her sudden change in mood. He couldn't resist her childlike charm. "Alright, pose away," he said, taking out his phone and capturing Jennie's radiant smile against the backdrop of the moonlit night.

Jennie struck different poses, making Taehyung laugh even harder. As he clicked pictures, he thought how easily Jennie could switch from being upset to being carefree and playful. It was one of the things he loved most about her.

After taking a few pictures, Taehyung pulled Jennie into a warm hug. "Thankyou for supporting me today", taehyung said. "I will always support you no matter what taehyung I love you", Jennie said. Taehyung widen his eyes and moved Jennie a little away so that he can she her face. "W-Whatt did you just say", taehyung asked with a happiness in his eyes but also a bit a worries on his face

"Nothing the winds are getting colder we should go back home before we catch the cold", Jennie said winking at taehyung and ran inside the car.

As they got back into the car and the silence took over them again taehyung couldn't say anything after Jennie's confession. Jennie leaned her head on Taehyung's shoulder. Jennie soon drifted to sleep on taehyung shoulder.

They arrived at thier home. "Jennie we are home", taehyung said. When Jennie didn't answer taehyung looked at her and she was fall asleep taehyung smiled looking at her sleeping figure. Taehyung kissed her forehead. Jennie opened her eyes when she felt a sensation on her forehead. "I'm sorry I felt asleep", Jennie said. "It's okay let's go in", taehyung said.
