Chapter 16: Why hide?

It was morning as usual Jennie woke but just to find a empty room. She got up did her morning routine and went downstairs to have her breakfast.she left shock.

"This bitch is really getting on my nerves", Jennie said in her mind when she saw Irene sitting next to taehyung on the dinning table. So Jennie decided to sit beside Jungkook as she did.

The breakfast was quite. Jennie glance at Irene with angre in her eyes. While taehyung looked at jennie who was looking at Irene. The breakfast went well. "I'm staying home i will be working at my study room", saying this taehyung left to his study room.

"Hyung wait I'm coming", Jungkook said. Jin went to his work. Jisoo, Irene and jennie were sitting in the living room.
"Jennie why don't you go and see if taehyung and Jungkook need anything", said jisoo smiling at Jennie. "Yeah unnie I will go and check", Jennie said. "I will join you", said Irene while Jennie just rolled her eyes

Taehyung and Jungkook were working together. Taehyung was doing his work while Jungkook was writting a song for his come back. They both Heard the knock on the door. Jungkook got up and opened the door." Taehyung Jungkook do you need anything you both are working for a long time now", Jennie said entering the room followed by Irene.

"No nonna", Jungkook replied while taehyung just nodded as no. Both Jennie and Irene settled in the room. "Taehyung this room never changed i remember even when we were small this room was the same", Irene said holding taehyung's shoulder from back. "Yeah the room was made by my father how can I change it", taehyung said shacking his shoulder to remove her hands.

"Nonna you are also an idol help me with the music please", Jungkook said making pouting face. Jennie chuckled at his reaction and replied " Sure kookie why not". Jennie went and sit beside Jungkook to help him.

1 hour and been past. "Nonna you are good at making music", Jungkook said tapping on Jennie's shoulder. Jennie hummed in the reply. While Irene was continuously flirting with taehyung and taehyung was not giving her any attention but his attention was completely on Jennie.

"She is pretty, sincere, understanding, loving, caring but what if I told her about me and she run away from me.....it's been 2 years from that incident but I'm still scared to start and new life with her, what if she runned away and stopped trusting me", taehyung loaded his mind with many thoughts while looking at jennie.

Jungkook noticed taehyung looking at jennie then he decided to let both of them have a moment together. "Irene are you hungry", Jungkook said. "Yeah",Irene replied. "Let's go I will make your favourite sandwich which you liked", Jungkook said making her move outside the room and closed the door

"Do you want to eat anything I will make", Jennie said to taehyung while picking up the books and papers of Jungkook. "No", a quick answer came from him. Jennie was heading out of the room when she heard taehyung speak," Sit her I want to tell you something", taehyung said in cold voice as if he was ordering her.

Jennie didn't make any argument and settled beside him. "What", she said.
"What if I tell you a huge secret about me while you run away?", taehyung asked her.
Jennie signed, "Like I have a choice if I could run i would have run on the wedding day but I can't ", Jennie replied.

"What if I tell you I murdered my ex girlfriend?", Taehyung exclaimed. Jennie gasped and stand on her feet. "W-Whatt", Jennie asked as if she heard something wrong........."A murder what is he saying ", Jennie thought in her mind, scared.........

Taehyung signed and said in ordering voice "settle down". Jennie listened to him still in shock what just he said to her. "I asked you something reply", taehyung ordered again.
"What should I say", Jennie said completely scared. "Would you run away", taehyung asked

"N-No untill you .....", Jennie paused and looked at taehyung. "Untill you...say complete your sentence", taehyung asked in his cold voice which was scaring Jennie more. "Untill you hurt me ,once you hurt me i will be gone", Jennie said looking away from taehyung's eyes as she started shivering.

"Okay", taehyung replied closing his laptop and moving out of the room. "Did you really murdered someone ", Jennie asked taehyung while Taehyung before turning behind he locked the door and turned.

"What do you think?", Taehyung questioned her moving towards her till she hit the wall behind her back. "I-I D-dont know ", Jennie replied trying to move from the wall and looking around the room to avoid taehyung's gaze.

Taehyung put the hair strap behind her ears which were on her face, giving her Shivers to spine and butterflies in her stomach. "No i didn't murdered anyone I was just making a worst condition for you to hear your answer", taehyung said. "Did you get a right answer from me", Jennie said finally looking at his eyes. Jennie notice taehyung staring at her lips constantly and licking his.

Taehyung moved to her ears. Jennie gasp seeing the closeness between them.
"Can I trust you?" Taehyung said in her ears his lips touching her earlobe making her gasp and taehyung moved back to hear her answer. "Huh you can ,i promise to keep your secrets safe", Jennie replied with a low voice only audible to taehyung.

Taehyung smirked and moved away and went outside the room. "He almost scared me", Jennie said signing and pouting. "Stop pouting and come out", taehyung said from the outside of the room, "Does he have camera or  can he see me", Jennie thought. "There's no cameras come out have lunch", taehyung said again making Jennie shocked again. Jennie said nothing and left the room.

"Yeah Irene is here and everything is going according to our plan, I never thought getting Irene back to his life would be so easy", a mald voice said laughing on the phone.He was facing the window in a dark room.......
