Leo and Donnie had gotten kicked out of the lair for the day for disturbing Splinter's television time and accidentally causing Mikey to mess up his spray-painting by arguing. The two put on their brooches, arguing the whole way to the park.
The two sat on a bench, Donnie laying down with his head in Leo's lap. The two fell into a comfortable silence, Leo on his phone and Donnie reading a book on advanced coding. The only sound around was kids screaming as they played on the playground.
Occasionally, Leo would show Donnie a meme he found funny. Sometimes Donnie would laugh at it, others he'd roll his eyes.
Unfortunately, about an hour after they arrived at the park, the two got interrupted by one of Leo's fans. See, Leo was a well known actor who starred in a good chuck of movies and shows. He was popular enough to have a decent sized group of women and girls thirsting for him.
"Excuse me," the fan said politely. "But are you Neon Leon?"
Leo looked up from his phone. "I am. Why?"
"I'm a huge fan. Could I get an autograph?"
"Of course. Do you have a pen and paper?"
She nodded and dug through her little purse. Donnie didn't bother to look over, used to Leo getting more attention than he did. At first, he hated that, but eventually realized that the only thing people would enjoy about him was his singing. That made him feel a bit better since he only sang around his family and April.
The fan held the paper and pen out. Leo took the items, his phone slipping from his hand and onto Donnie's face. Donnie dropped his book onto his stomach and picked the phone off his face. A red mark was left from the hand-held piece of technology landing on his face.
Leo winced, watching Donnie sit up slowly and turn his head toward Leo. "I'm so sorry."
Donnie grabbed his book, shutting it, and hit the top of Leo's head with it.
Leo gasped. "How rude!"
"You dropped your phone onto my face!"
"By accident!"
"And?"
"I said I'm sorry!"
Donnie rolled his eyes. "Scoff, like that would help anything."
Leo raised his arms up in a defensive position as he stood up. "Fine then. I'm not sorry for dropping my phone on your big ass eyebrows."
"Gasp! What are you saying?"
"That your eyebrows are dumb and stupid and too big."
"You take that back!"
Leo leaned close to Donnie's face and blew into his eyes. "No."
Donnie blinked rapidly then growled. He grabbed a fist full of Leo's hair and pulled on it, hard. This action made the two fall off the bench.
They wrestled with each other, throwing insults with every breath they took. The fan watched, standing awkwardly a few feet away.
"Uhm, guys?"
Leo pined Donnie to the ground and looked over. "Yeah?"
"Could I get that autograph?"
"Oh, right. Of course." Leo cleared his throat and grabbed the pen and paper again. "What's your name?"
"Dani, one n and ends in an i, not a y."
Leo nodded and scribbled down his autograph with a "stay true to yourself, Danni" above his name. He gave the paper and pen back to her. "So sorry about that."
"Thank you!"
"No probbles."
Dani ran off. The two got back onto the bench and resumed the position they were in before.
However, their comfortable moments were once again interrupted. This time by a larger mob of fangirls came up to them. They swarmed around Leo, pushing Donnie to the edge of the group.
"Scoff," Donnie mumbled as he crossed his arms. He sat crisscross. "Why can't we have five minutes in the park without getting interrupted?"
