Minho knows he should man up and apologize. Jisung deserves it. But at the same time, his overthinking mind keeps feeding him with the thoughts of Jisung saying how much he despised him and that he would not be mind to never see him again if he faced the younger for real.

So he does nothing.

Other than stealing glances in the court, shamelessly staring in the cafe; he does nothing afterward.

His mind is caught up with other things too all the while, just like people in general; and before he knows it, winter break comes.

Minho releases a deep breath before eventually exiting his apartment. It is exactly eight minutes before 8 pm; he tries to meet the deadline set by his best friend at the least. But most importantly, he is ready to face Jisung and apologize.

But fate seemingly says otherwise since the one greeting him is silence.

It's either because no one's at home or Jisung indeed refuses to meet him. And of course, his overthinking mind successfully convinces him that it is the latter.

Minho tries not think about it too much and focuses more on what's in front of him. But even when his muscles ache and are sore from the hard training he has gone through, he cannot sleep. Jisung's features, his smile, his voice, everything about him fill the silence.

So when he is running near the camp area, seeing Jisung with hands full of two heavy bags; he refuses to believe that it is indeed him, that it must be just his mind trying to trick him.

Until someone else shows up.
