First Glance [Minsung]

Chapter 4

Jisung is too stunned to speak. Not that he knows how to respond nor react even if he isn't malfunctioning anyway.

So he just lets it flow.

The gap between their lips keeps decreasing. Their eyes slowly flutter shut the moment their hot breath intrude each other's space.

They both thought the kiss would happen.

But the fate probably says "maybe next time" since their almost intimate moment is interrupted by the sound of the bell.

"Too bad." Minto slowly retracts himself. His right thumb instinctively caresses Jisung's cheek, taking a mental note of how soft it is, before he makes his way to the door.

"Yah! Are you really still mad at me for letting you go home alone?" Felix pouts upon seeing his cousin is actually lying on his bed, not sleeping, but not bothering to respond to his call.

"Oh hi, Lix-"

"I've knocked on the damn door for the past twenty minutes but you didn't even respond."

Jisung furrows his eyebrows. "I know you're exaggerating."

Felix giggles. "Just a couple of times." In which earns a light slap on his thigh. "I'm so sorry, Sungie. Please don't be mad at me? Ng?"

Jisung clears his throat. "I'm not mad at you, Lix. I just... had several things in my mind so I didn't hear you calling me... Sorry."

"Now that makes me curious." He grins.

"It's not-"

"Don't say nothing or some lame excuses. I know when you lie, Sungie."

A chuckle naturally slips Jisung's mouth. "Alright alright." He says then getting up from the bed. "Well long story short... I was about to open our apartment door..."

"And?"

"That Minho guy suddenly opened his."

Felix loudly gasps. His eyes immediately have this fancy sparkle on them signaling the topic piques his interest. "And???"

Jisung lightly whines, secondhand embarrassment floods his system. "I kept putting wrong password, Lixie!" Then buries himself back under the blanket.

"You- for real??? But then what??? That's it??? It can't be, right???"

Jisung uncovers his red face, nose inhaling a deep breath before he utters, "We almost kissed."

"YOU GUYS WHAT???!!! THERE'S TOO MANY PLOT HOLES IN YOUR STORY!! YOU BETTER ELABORATE, HAN JISUNG!!"
