Jisung groans upon re-reading the texts. He apparently has received the messages since two days ago, but it seems like he still needs more time to respond. Even though he barely responds to any, especially when he's on break—which explains why the younger doesn't bombard him with another text after informing that—but there is another reason why he is having a dilemma.

As much as he loves having his two best friends spending time with him, probably taking one to two days of staying in his parents' house as if they won't be reunited in the school soon enough; the probability of seeing Minho in the flesh during break is more more inviting.

After all, Minho has been occupying his mind since that day; since the moment they almost kissed. Even his favorite Ghibli movie cannot distract him from that, which is a big deal.

So here he is. Looking lost with two heavy bags that are full of homemade gimbap and plenty of banchan.

"Are you sure you don't need help to carry them?" His father asks.

Jisung firmly nods, trying to assure the older male. "Hyunjin is on his way here."

And yet, a disapproval look still visibly shown on his father's face. "I'll wait here till he- oh there he is!"

Jisung is about to follow his father's voice, but stops mid-way. His pupils go wide as he catches certain figure that not so surprisingly has already been staring back at him.

"Sungie!"

Jisung's brain is still processing what he just found. And yet, he should have seen it coming. Hyunjin shows affection like he does; physical. So he doesn't hesitate to bone-crush hug him as soon as they meet. "The food, Hwang Hyunjin! The food!"

As amused laughter is shared among the four—Jeongin joins them seconds later—Jisung misses the excruciating look shown on Minho's face.
