Black haired woman with red eyes walking through the streets. Not many people around making her feel at ease.
She preferred to walk around the city this time of the night. She didn't need to hide.
It was winter but there was no snow yet so she could still walk around with her black jean jacket on. It's not like she would get cold anyway. But just for her cover she would wear a winter coat and combat boots in winters so humans wouldn't wonder why she wasn't cold and so she wouldn't get too much unwanted attention towards herself.
She didn't mind blending in though. The more she would blend in the better. It would help her in many things. Feeding herself and hiding from humans.

Eve was walking through the silent alleyways of Paris at night when all of a sudden she smelt a familiar scent of a man she once knew.
She turned around and was met with a blonde haired man with golden eyes and a woman next to him with the same kind of eyes.
Carlisle Cullen.
"It's good to see you again, Eve." Carlisle smiled at the red eyed woman and walked up to her, the woman following behind him.
"It's nice to see you too, Carlisle." She smiled. "And who is this beautiful woman with you?"
"Eve, this is Esme. My mate and my wife." He introduced the two women.
Eve gave her a kind smile. "So why do I owe the pleasure. We haven't seen each other since you left Volturi."
"My family needs help." Carlisle explained.
"What has happened?" She asked, her eyebrows furrowing together.
Carlisle explained everything to Eve and how they think that other vampires could convince Volturi to believe.
"You are asking me to be a witness. To make Volturi believe you better?"
Carlisle and Esme nodded. "Yes." Carlisle spoke.
"I left the Volturi over eighty years ago and I have basically been on a run that whole time after. I just left one day saying nothing so in their eyes I'm a traitor. What do you think would happen if after all this time they saw me on that day standing on your side?"
"No one will hurt you." Esme said but Carlisle noticed something else in what she had just said.
"You told no one? What about Demetri?" He questioned.
"I left him a note. He was the only one who knew my plans. He just didn't know which day I would leave. For his own safety." She then shook her head and chuckled dryly. "It doesn't matter anyway."
"I know we ask a lot." Esme then spoke up. "And we know it's sudden. We just one night appear in front of you and ask you to leave your home. We know it's not fair."
"There's nothing for me in here." Eve shrugged and looked around. She then thought for a second before she nodded. "Okay. I'll come. But I won't fight."
"We hope it won't come to that." Carlisle gave her a nod and a small smile.
"I have been to almost every country but not yet in America. I guess it's time to change that." She smirked.
"Thank you." Esme smiled.
"Let me just grab my bag from somewhere. Are we leaving immediately?"
"As soon as possible, yes." Carlisle nodded.
"Very well then. If you follow me I will go and get my bag and we can go."
"Lead the way." Carlisle smiled and took Esme's hand in his and together they started to follow the black haired woman through the empty and dark alleyways.
"So where are you staying?" Carlisle asked.
"Nowhere really." Eve answered. "I don't have my own place to stay. I travel so much so it wouldn't be wise to have a house since I can never know if I need to change the country the next day. I would get too attached to the place anyway. Plus I don't have a permanent residence for safety reasons."
"Safety reasons?" Esme questioned.
"If someone would be after me or tracking me and they find out that I have a home it would be easier for them to get to me since by that they would know the area where I live in."
"Are you... being tracked?"
Eve let out a laugh. "Probably not. But you can't never know." She shrugged. "We are here."
The three stopped walking. They stopped in front of an old church.
"Wait here. My bag is up there." She pointed up the church to a balcony almost twenty meters up high from the ground.
She then jumped up and landed perfectly on the small balcony. She grabbed her bag from the floor and gracefully hopped back down.
"This place has been abandoned for a long time. Just a few people come once a month to clean up a bit so the building wouldn't go into such bad condition that it would start to break apart." Eve explained while looking at the glass windows and the white stone walls. "I have been keeping my bag on that balcony. And I stay here when it's too sunny to be out. That's why I mainly only walk around at night."
"Well now you don't have to hide. Our house is in the middle of the woods so no fear of humans finding out." Esme smiled.
"Sounds good. It's going to be a nice change. I have been staying in big cities a lot."
"We already have a couple of witnesses but we are still waiting for a few others." Carlisle explained.
"Are we all staying in your house?" Eve asked.
"Yes. And we have a truce with the werewolves. They are helping us as well."
"Why?"
"One of them imprinted on Renesmee." Esme explained to the nomad.
"I see. That's rare. I have never heard anything like that."
The three talked for a bit longer before Eve asked.
"So should we go? We don't want to miss our flight."
"You're right. We should go. Just follow us." Carlisle said and started to lead the way.
